Imprint Methods
Silkscreen
This process results in vibrant colors printed on your product. We use international coatings lead free Plastisol inks. Setup charges are per color. PMS color match at no additional fee.
One-color/one-location silkscreen imprint included on all non sublimated items (100 pcs min).
Additional run charge per color/location: $0.60(v).
Silkscreen set-up charge per color/location: $50.00(v).
Light Thermal Transfer
These transfers are only for white colored items or light cotton. The transfer does not include the color white.
Therefore any white in your art will be the color of the bag. The Setup charges are per location, and include full color. This process requires less setup time so the minimum ordering quantity is lower.

Full Color Process
Full color art with only one setup cost. These Transfers are applied through heat and pressure and look great on almost any surface. The setup is more complex so the minimum ordering quantity is higher. They also require more time to create.

Sublimation
Sublimation is only possible on polyester, poly blend, and treated materials. It is the easiest way to get full color edge to edge printed items. We use special printers to print the art, then heat and pressure to dye items or material directly. The result is full color dyed items with edge to edge printing that will not wash out or fade. This process allows for low minimums and low setup costs. It also gives us the ability to print preproduction samples and items for PMS color matching.
All Sublimated Products Include Full Sublimation Sublimation Set-Up Charge Per Artwork: $60.00(v)
Artwork Fees- fees for separations, typesetting, touch up, minor copy change and redraw are all billed at $45(v) per hour in 15 minute increments.
Artwork Requirements- We accept PSD, EPS, and AI files. Vector is best to avoid pixilation. Higher resolution is always better, we suggest 300 DPI or better. To avoid unreadable text, 2 point minimum line is required.
Paper Proofs- The first paper proof is included in the cost of setup for every order. Every time a proof is sent back to the art department for changes there is a $12.50(v) fee. Ink Colors- No charge for color matching, or PMS match. Exact color match is not guaranteed; a pre-production sample is required when color matching is critical.
