Goulburn River Valley Tourism is a non-for-profit Company established to represent the tourism industry across the Mitchell, Murrindindi, Strathbogie and Greater Shepparton region.

There is not a business, professional service or commercial operation in our region that does not ultimately receive some share of the revenue contributed to the local economy by tourism and its associated economic benefits.

It is in the direct interest of all those who benefit from tourism to participate in and contribute to the effective promotion of the entire region and the planned management of its marketing activities.

The second half will feature townships and showcase a full listing of what is on offer in each town.

By doing this our readers will be able to have, at their fingertips, information that attracts them to explore a tour that appeals, and a full listing of what is on offer in each townships they visit.

Each of these towns featured will have a short editorial introduction with the size of the introduction being governed by the level of advertising support.

The online component Once again the Holiday Planner will be supported through interactive mapping on the GRVT website – however we have taken this one step further and will be developing a complementary Holiday Planner Smart Phone App, taking interactivity to the next level!

Distribution Distribution of the Holiday Planner has been refined so we know we are only printing the exact number of copies we require until April 2015. We wanted to keep advertising costs as low as possible for industry, so we have monitored closely where the best distribution points for this publication are and tailored distribution accordingly.
