In a period of international crisis and great difficulties in terms of the availability of raw materials and high prices, which lengthen production and delivery times of technological products, Bandera focuses on the possibility of offering readyto-deliver systems

In a market where purchasing times are increasingly extended due to the difficulties in finding raw materials, Bandera offers two machines for compound extrusion ready for delivery.

The two extrusion lines can be used individually or in tandem, in cascade mode. Intended for the production of compounds (polypropylene with the addition of fillers), the Revotech Twin line can process waste from the processing of rigid films for obtaining a result more refined than the initial one. The two machines are able to maintain the mechanical characteristics of the original granule, performing an upcycling that improves its properties. Thanks to an increased resistance, the machines are able to process abrasive materials, such as calcium carbonate contained in fillers, necessary for the production of the compounds, without deteriorating.

The plants, able to produce new raw material from second raw material, represent an opportunity for the market not only for their technological innovation, but also because, being already available for customers for tests and sale, bring in these terms another real competitive advantage.

The appointment is set, in Bandera laboratories, at THOE - The House of Extrusion, where the interested processors will be able to personally see several plants of Bandera recycling division, Revotech. The company extends the invitation also to visitors of the K 2022 show (scheduled in Düsseldorf on October 19-26): the fairground is very well connected to Bandera Italian headquarters in Busto Arsizio (Varese), so the international event will offer a perfect opportunity to visit the company and discover its technology, with the possibility to see several plants of Bandera different technological divisions, Recycling, Blown Film and Flat Die. Visits are aimed at knowing, but, above all, at testing and experimenting, with the customer materials, safety and performance of Bandera plants.
