We select a set of cleaners for each base to ensure efficiency and optimal grain sorting conditions as well as both initial and intensive cleaning.

[3] Draying grain Our dryers provide a secure drying process while preserving all the biological properties of the grain.

Thanks to the use of modern technologies we guarantee the highest performance with very low energy consumption.

Silos Bezpieczne przetrzymywanie ziarna minimalizuje straty oraz pozwala aby kapitał jakim jest ziarno mógł procentować.

Nasze silosy są stworzone w taki sposób aby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo ziarna przez lata. Proces walcowania sprawia, że blacha falista jest bardzo sztywna i odporna na wgniecenia, dzięki czemu silos jest odporny na wszelkie deformacje. Odpowiednia konstrukcja zabezpiecza przed dostaniem się wody do wnętrza. Specjalnie wykonane łączenia pobocznic oraz elementów śrubowych zapewniają wyjątkową szczelność. Wewnątrz zbiorników znajduje się aktywny system przewietrzania ziarna. Głowica wyciągowa turbowent na dachu silosu zapobiega gromadzeniu się wilgoci. Silosy wykonane są z wysokiej jakości szwedzkiej stali. W standardowej ofercie są pokryte unikatową powłoką GALFAN ze stopu cynku i aluminium z dodatkiem pierwiastków ziem rzadkich (La i Ce). Powłoka GALFAN gwarantuje kilkukrotnie lepszą trwałość i odporność na korozję niż zazwyczaj używana na rynku powłoka ocynkowana. Odpowiedni profil fali sprawia, że ziarno nie osadza się na ścianach. Blacha falista odbija promienie słoneczne – silos mniej się nagrzewa. Konstrukcja dachu jest wytrzymała, szczelna, pokryta obustronnie ocynkiem oraz zewnętrznie powłoką poliestrową.

W ofercie znajdują się silosy płaskodenne oraz lejowe o pojemnościach od … do … ton.

Cleaning Systems Czyszczalnie ARAJ idealnie sprawdzaja się przy czyszczeniu wstępnym oraz czyszczeniu dokładnym w obiektach przemysłowych, skupowych oraz gospodarstwach rolnych.

Zapewniają niskie koszty eksploatacji przy dużej wydajności i efektywności czyszczenia (przy wychwytywaniu zanieczyszczeń lekkich oraz ciężkich).

Czyszczalnie bębnowe wykorzystują siłę odśrodkową, dzięki czemu materiał biologiczny nie ślizga się po sitach i każde pojedyncze ziarno jest dokładnie czyszczone, a sita nie zapychają się. Niewielki pobór energii elektrycznej zapewni niskie koszty eksploatacji.

Urządzenia są ustawne i proste w obsłudze (sita wymienia się szybko).

Wyposażone są w specjalny system bezpieczeństwa.
