On-line Featured Dealer (www.progresslighting.com) Showrooms will be featured in the “Dealers” section of the Progress Lighting Web Site. Showrooms that have their own web site have the opportunity to hyperlink directly from the Progress site to their own.

Same Day Return Goods Progress Customer Service will issue an immediate Return Good Authorization for: • Overshipments • Wrong item shipped • Duplicate shipments • Progress order entry errors

Replacement of Parts and Glass Progress Lighting will replace, at no charge, parts and glass that are claimed to be missing or defective from the factory.

The Showroom will pass along this same no-charge service to the builder/electrical contractor. This does not apply to parts or glass purchased for resale. This feature is also available online in a digital format.

No Minimum Billing Orders are shipped with no minimum billing charge regardless of order size.

Guaranteed Returned Goods Policy Returns may be made two times a year, 1:1, with a replacement order by the Showroom equal to the amount of return amount cannot exceed 4% of the previous calendar year's net purchases. The number of line items on the replacement order must at least equal the number of line items returned. Returns must be freight prepaid by the showroom, and credit issued will be less 6% outgoing freight plus 1% cash discount. The returned merchandise must be current product design (not obsolete, discontinued, or scheduled to be discontinued), and in factory sealed standard pack cartons. No credit will be issued on any return that has a date code in excess of two years prior to the request. Material returned without authorization will be accepted with no credit issued.

Showroom Design and Merchandising Services

Purchase a minimum number of showroom display fixtures and receive discounts (based on chart below) for two of the same sku with standard terms plus 60 days dating.

All permanent product merchandising displays will receive a discount from Distributor net prices or free of charge with a specified stock order at Distributor net price for products not currently in stock or on display.
