A retail business like the Fresco Pvt Ltd relies on the common inventory for the working of three of its offices in diverse locations. A well developed and designed inventory system will offer the organization an efficient way of controlling its stocks. This report will evaluate the applicability of various system development life cycle models to select the most optimum model for the needs of Fresco Pvt Ltd. A properly designed inventory system will enable the business to circumvent situations like overstock or out-of-stock for different products.
