I have design a rough sheet to get exact idea about their all type of stakeholders. After that I have developed a stakeholder’s map with four quadrant with internal operation, internal executive, external operation and external executive which is as follows:

For each stakeholder, describe why they have an interest in the project.

After deeply stakeholder analysis on scenario of My Health Record electronic system I have found that it has large set of stakeholders which is categorised in four quadrants. So it is required to understand which type of stakeholders connect with this project in which type of services and interests.

Internal Operation   



Admin- Admin are the internal operation stakeholder who founded this organisation as well as held control on entire electronic system.

Director- These are the group of several people who is responsible to manage the organisation and held some control on organisation and my health record system too.

CEO’s- This is the stakeholder who is responsible to report about organisational work flow, propose and implement new idea as well as promise to extend business with My Health Record system.

Managers- This stakeholder responsible to manage all the business flow, employee, technical staffs and much more.

General Managers- Provide Training programs to different staffs, manage work in absence of managers and submit reports to the managers.

Internal Executive   

Employees- Work for My Health Record system as per their role and manage incoming or outgoing request.

Technical staffs- Provide technical support to the organisation as well My Health Record system users.

Patients- Individual Request for services from organisational as well as professional service providers and many more.

Healthcare Professionals- HealthCare Professionals provide medical treatment to the customer/Patients/other users.

Organisational service providers- Provide hospital related service like bed, tests, required hospital services to the users.

External Executive     

Medicine suppliers- Supply medicine to the organisation as per demand.

Medical equipment suppliers- Supply medical equipment as per requirements.

Ambulance Providers- Provide ambulance all type as per type of requirement.

Government- Makes legislation to run medical electronic public usable system, rules for data privacy and act to provide security.

Investors- This type of stakeholders can be single or group of many or an organisation who invest their money
