Richard Croaker

Richard is the Founder and Chief Executive of Profitmaster Global Outsourcing, and a Philippines outsourcing expert. He has driven the Profitmaster vision to become a respected provider of offshore accounting and other professional services staff to businesses across Australia.

A Chartered Accountant for more than 40 years, Richard uses his experience to align the growth and development of Profitmaster’s Australian clients with the skills of our Philippines team, who have shown that best service and best quality are deliverable goals to businesses throughout the world.

Richard’s passion lies in ensuring our clients, our staff and their families receive maximum value and enjoyment from their work.

Paul Jansz

Having led companies, including his own company, and coached & trained accounting firms to enormous growth in revenue, profit, and people, Paul comes with layers of experience and knowledge that is invaluable.

With 25 years of experience in our accounting industry, Paul uses his systems knowledge and expertise to guide businesses to build growth internally with key pillars, to then grow externally with an enormous amount of success to date. Today that continues with his all new educational platform Professional Partners Education to the accounting industry worldwide.

His passion lies in helping leaders of organisations, small or large to recognize opportunities for continued improvement personally, and in their businesses.

Warwick’s career has evolved through three distinct phases, each contributing to his expertise in driving business success. As a Chartered Accountant in public practice, he gained a deep understanding of numbers and financial analysis. In the second phase, Warwick collaborated with various businesses, helping them enhance their performance by developing effective business strategies. Finally, he focused on the crucial aspect of team engagement and development, ensuring the consistent implementation of these strategies. Throughout his journey, Warwick has undertaken notable assignments, including devising the strategic plan for the Melbourne Football Club during its attempted merger with Hawthorn, as well as working with organizations like the CFA and a local government council to facilitate successful restructuring.

Warwick has been focused on assisting accountants and other professionals unlock more of the potential in their SME clients and grow their ability to provide value beyond the limitations of their technical skills.
