O trabalho do grupo INDIGESTÃO é um laboratório de práticas transversais e ordinárias, consideradas insignificantes, sem reconhecimento para enaltecê-las, sabendo que devemos aprender a olhar os modos de fazer fugidios e modestos, que muitas vezes são o único lugar de inventividade possível do sujeito. Workshop de encher linguiça fina é um happening/oficina onde ensinaremos o processo de encher uma linguiça de verdade, com diferentes conteúdos que as pessoas poderão intervir e rechear enquanto discutimos questões análogas tanto ao processo em si quanto à própria arte e seus meandros. Ao fim é oferecida uma degustação da iguaria aos participantes.

The work of the INDIGESTION group is a laboratory of cross and common practices, considered insignificant with no recognition to exalt them, knowing that we must learn how to look to fleeting and modest ways of making things, which are often the only space for subjective inventiveness. The Workshop to fill fine sausages is a happening in which we will teach the process of filling a real sausage with different fillings where people will be able to intervene and fill sausages as we discuss issues relating to both the process itself as well as art and its intricacies. At the end a tasting of delicacies is offered to participants.

O grupo INDIGESTÃO é formado por Clarice Steinmuller, Guto Valentin, Noemi Assumpção e Rafael Perpétuo com a proposta de criar um trabalho colaborativo a partir de conceitos-chave como cozinha, experimentalismo, absurdo, vômito, intervenção e participação.

The INDIGESTION group is made up of Clarice Steinmuller, Guto Valentin, Naomi Assumption and Rafael Perpetual with the proposal to create a collaborative work from key concepts such as cooking, experimentalism, the absurd, vomiting, intervention and participation.
