I attended the V.Ciardo Art School in Lecce-Italy. I am currently completing my art studies at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, a two-year course in Specialized Painting New Materials for art. My research is based on identity, the body that lives through events and becomes a means, a ‘’ place ‘’ of experimentation. I’ve always wondered (and still do): who are they? How does my artistic production deal with reality? How does my life affect my work? These are the questions that accompany my artistic journey and my work is partially the answer!

Gabriele Mauro (1991, Aradeo, Lecce) works between Florence and Lecce and is a multifaceted figure who uses video, installation, drawing and performance.
