Throughout your campaign, open homes are held on consecutive Saturdays. Mid-week inspections can be arranged on request and on occasion. It may be necessary to arrange inspections outside the scheduled times.
We will be in constant communication with you at every stage of your campaign. After every private inspection and open house we will phone you to advise on attendance, contracts requested, repeat visits and buyer thoughts.
Each week we will email a vendor report of all the information that you need to know and detailing potential buyer thoughts on the property and it’s value.
Our aim is to encourage as many qualified buyers to inspect your home. All enquiries, whether by phone or email, are attended to and answered properly.

• We provide a secure government regulated trust account for the safe keeping of monies involved in the transaction of your property and provide an indemnity and guaranteed fund for your protection.
• Present professional open homes for your property during the marketing campaign and organise private viewings for potential buyers at your convenience or coordinate with tenants.
• We will work our extensive database (20 years plus) of buyers and buyers agents, including investors who may be interested in purchasing your property.
• We provide 24 hour, 7 days a week service to you and your potential buyers.
• If necessary, we can recommend a Conveyancer, Home loan Consultant and Tradespeople.
• We negotiate with buyers to ensure the highest possible price is attained for you and submit all written offers for your consideration.
• We prepare the contract of sale and complete all necessary paperwork prior to signing by buyers, to ensure all documentation is legally binding.
• Conduct necessary inspections, valuations, building and pest, pre-settlement just to name a few during the contract process to settlement.
• We protect your sale price and stand firm during building and pest negotiations.
• We will keep you informed of the progress of your transaction by liaising with yourself and aligned services.
