Fulton can off-site fabricate all products as a factory built skid-mounted system or plant Flash Steam Vertical Boilers room package. All necessary JFS equipment can be incorporated - 160 kg/h to 320 kg/h (steady state) - 300 kg/h to 680 kg/h (peak demand) onto a skid or a plant room package with all interconnecting Horizontal Steam Boilers mechanical and electrical RBC - 957 kg/h to 4787 kg/h services.

ETL listed gas-fired condensing boiler. It has a modular design that allows up to 12 FHE-250 models to be cascaded to produce 3000 kW output. 

FT-C Thermal Fluid Heater

Thermal Fluid Heaters Thermal fluid (hot oil) heater systems are provided in association with Fulton Thermal Corporation in the USA. The range includes models with heat outputs of up to 5.9 MW and operating temperatures of up to 345 °C.   

FT-C Vertical - 235 kW to 4.1 MW FT-N Vertical Electric - 22 kW to 500 kW FT-HC Horizontal - 0.7 MW to 5.9 MW

Consultation and Selection Fulton will provide advice regarding the specification and design of the required heat process solution.

We will help to select the most appropriate solution and consider any space constraints.

Off-Site Fabrication Skid-mounted systems and plant room packages can be designed and built in our factory.

Design and Manufacture Systems are designed and manufactured using the latest CAD and 3D modelling software.

Factory Testing Fulton systems can be test-fired in the factory before dispatch to site.

Installation Loose equipment and/or skid systems and plant room packages can be installed on customer sites.

Sitework Final connections are made on site. Skid systems and plant rooms are transportable by road and can be repositioned or moved to a different location with relative ease.
