Cultural diversity and array of places to eat. Is running the Australian sector hard work? The phone is on 24/7. What do you stock? Everything salmon related. Are you organic? No but we utilise organic principles in farming with no antibiotics, chemicals or growth hormones. How can we keep attracting chefs into the food world? Coming from the trade myself,
