Charity Gala Fifty Shades of Food, Glorious Food. The BABC OC launches BritWeek 2013 with Fifty Shades of Food, Glorious Food. What do you get when six top chefs from Orange County hottest restaurants create a food extravaganza like no other? Answer, 'Fifty Shades of food, glorious food'. It is the ultimate restaurant week experience all within one night – Friday April 26, 2013. Hosted at the Hilton Hotel Anaheim, unique dishes, offering a feast for all the senses will be prepared and personally presented by Orange County's premier chefs to honored guests and Orange County's consummate 'foodies'. The charity gala hosted by the British American Business Council, Orange County (BABC OC) will benefit the BABC's scholarship fund that sends two Orange County students on a two-week, all expenses paid trip to the ACS International School British Studies Summer Program, and also Pure Game – a non-profit charity that mentors under privileged Orange County youth through the power of

Bigger & Better...BritWeek 2013! For the 7th year plans are in motion for BritWeek to celebrate creativity and innovation in California! Each year, thousands of people attend numerous art, entertainment, cultural, business, social, and charity events in and around Los Angeles, Orange County and San Francisco. This year BritWeek celebrated April 26 – May 6th, will be even bigger and better with the selection of Miami as the second U.S. location. Founded in 2007, BritWeek is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit that organizes a program of events every spring to highlight and celebrate the links between the Golden State (and now Miami) and the United Kingdom. The celebration encompasses film & television, music, literature, art, fashion, design, cuisine, retail, sport, science & technology, philanthropy and business links, and especially emphasizes creativity, innovation and excellence.
