ACLC 22nd Anniversary Speech This month, as we mark and celebrate the 22nd Anniversary of the founding of ACLC, which took place on May 21, 2000. On behalf of our founders True Father Sun Myung Moon and True Mother Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon. We thank you for expressing your solidarity and ownership in this great work of rebuilding the Family, restoring the Community and renewing the Nation and World into the Kingdom of God on earth. Let us celebrate the 22nd year of ACLC, as a groundbreaking year of victory, giving all honor and glory to God and our Savior, as we offer our sincere devotion to realize a blessed family culture in America and beyond starting with us as Clergy who are the spiritual leaders of our congregations. Clergies must give direction for America and the World as Gods chosen champion of God in this century. Father and Mother Moon Founded ACLC in Korea, when 120 clergy gathered to affirm the God given vision of Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon for the unification of the Body of Christ.
The coalition intends to uphold the validity of the United States of America as a shining nation of freedom, faith, harmony and prosperity. Clergies of the American Clergy Leadership Conference share the hope of leading all humankind into becoming One Family under God. Clergy relating to clergy throughout the United States of America and around the globe is the mission of the American Clergy Leadership Conference, which is building on the Vision announced by the mother of Peace – Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon for the chosen of God to unite Christian clergy with her in the work of God for World Peace. ACLC is the coalition for clergy in the nation to bond in the mission of God by relating and functioning in unity and the bond of peace. ACLC’s mission is to foster denominational unity and to share the love of Christ. To dissolve racial barriers by practicing the principle of loving one's enemies. To provide moral direction for America and its leaders. To promote the blessing of marriage and the end of divorce as well as strengthening family ties and cultivating a healthy environment for youth in the family and the community. To bring salvation through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To actively participate in the renewal of the community by working together with people of faith and other organizations to address the needs of the people. To acknowledge and invite the Holy Spirit to work and then inspire and direct the people of the nation and finally to work for an environment of living for the sake of others. Let us unite to build Gods kingdom here on Earth which is the cherish hope for God and humanity. Jesus related this mission to Father Moon and mother moon want to share this vision to all Christian clergies around the world centering on ACLC. The focus of ACLC at this time is The Holy Marriage Blessing and to bless all couples of the Clergy, their churches and members. Strengthening the coalition of Clergy's purpose in leading the path in Rebuilding the Family, Restoring the Communities, Renewing the Nation and the World. The ACLC promotes 'True Family Values Seminars, reflecting on the Word of God, The Blessings, and, 'True Parent's leadership’ With many other entities to offer that which we see fit for the Kingdom of God. ACLC has chapters in all 50 states and is currently involved in Peace Initiatives near and far.
