Lot 108
The 2007 Ft. Worth Reserve Grand… EMBRYOS OF KROUPA/MIMMS DONOR 401 Donor Sire: Blue Chip (SM) Donor Dam: Cunia x Angus
Lot 108A – Three embryos by Heat Wave Lot 108B – Three embryos by Walks Alone
Limited genetics from the great 401! The dam of fine sons like the 2002 Aksarben Grand Champion and the 2007 Ft. Worth Reserve Grand Champion has been getting pretty stingy with her embryo production over the last couple years and we are reluctant to let these embryos go. Her calf quality has been excellent – see the new Mimms Donor TJ401, the AI sire Smackdown, the $9,000 Lot 3 in our 2009 Share the Future Sale, plus Lot 16 in this sale for examples – but we haven’t gotten a bull calf in two crops so she is more than due for a repeat of her past major successes. Raise your hand for a truly great female. This one walks the walk and talks the talk!

And Her One-Of-A-Kind Daughter… EMBRYOS OF MIMMS DONOR TJ401 Donor Sire: T.J. Donor Dam: Donor 401 (Blue Chip x Cunia x An)
Lot 109A – Three embryos by Heat Wave
Lot 109B – Three embryos by NLC Upgrade
Lot 110 Donor TJ401
One of the most exciting young cows in the Mimms donor lineup! Donor TJ401 is a natural daughter of the limited and accomplished 401 cow that is featured as Lot 108 here. It took some work and a little good luck but we couldn’t be more excited about the improvement potential of this young lady. She was a very popular heifer calf and she is equally impressive in production. She has given us two heifer calves thus far – an especially fancy daughter by Tycoon sold to Kroupa Genetics last summer – and once you see her we think you’ll be in agreement with us. This is a rare one! Mimms Cattle
