• 1 oz Lime Juice

Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 1½ oz Vanilla Vodka

• ½ oz Coffee Liqueur

• 1½ oz Espresso

• ½ oz Simple Syrup

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 1½ oz Peach Vodka

• ½ oz St-Germain

• 1 oz Pineapple Juice

• 1½ oz Pilar Blonde Rum

• ½ oz Luxardo

• ¾ oz Lime Juice

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 1½ oz Blanco Tequila

• ½ oz Triple Sec

• ¾ oz Lime Juice

• ¾ oz Grapefruit Juice

Smoke B4 Fire Margarita

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 1½ oz Mezcal

• ½ oz Triple Sec or Grand Marnier

• 1 oz Lime Juice

• ½ oz Agave Syrup

• Thin Jalapeño Slice

Mix it up:

Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass with Tajín rim, garnish with jalapeño.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• ¾ oz Gin

• ½ oz St-Germain

• ½ oz Lemon Juice

• ¾ oz Simple Syrup

• Top with Prosecco

Shake base with ice, strain into coupe, top with prosecco, garnish with lemon twist & mint.

Raspberry Sorbet

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 1 oz Bombay Sapphire

• 1 oz Chambord

• 1 oz Lemon Juice

• ½ oz Simple Syrup

Cucumber Ginger Gimlet

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin

• 1 oz Lime Juice

• ¾ oz Simple Syrup

• 4 Cucumber Wedges

• 2 Ginger Slices

Mix it up:

Muddle cucumber & ginger, add rest and ice, shake, double strain into coupe, garnish with cucumber.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 2 oz Bourbon

• 1 oz Lime Juice

• ½ oz Pineapple Juice

• ¾ oz Bourbon

• ¾ oz Aperol

• ½ oz Amaro Nonino or Triple Sec w/ Bitters

• 1 oz Lemon Juice

• ½ oz Simple Syrup

• ½ oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup

• ¾ oz Egg White (pasteurized)
