Daines Ranch Reference
We’ve worked extremely hard over the years to build our cow herd the way we want. Our cows must have strong maternal traits, good feet, a good udder with lots of milk , calving ease and still possess lots of eye appeal No replacement females have lef t the ranc h, other than our culls. Due to the fact that our whole family is involved, our cows have to be quiet and easy to handle We have not hesitated to cull anything that doesn’t live up to our standards

Tiger King 20W continues to be a herd c hanger Even as a mature bull he remains structurally sound He stands on a solid square foot with good depth of heel that have never had to be trimmed His calves are born small and grow rapidly They are thic k topped, have good depth of rib and possess a hip not of ten seen in the Angus breed We continue to see how exceptional his daughters are; definitely the kind you want to retain in your herd Their udders are picture per fect We have used Tiger King 20W on both heifers and cows

JL Post Master 0088 is an exceptional bull with SAV breeding on both the top and the bottom. His 70 pound bir th weight and 756 pound 205 day weight were ver y impressive to us. He ser ved two successful breeding seasons in the heifer pen. All sons selling were raised by first calf heifers. We are extremely pleased with the first crop of Post Master daughters calving. They are exactly what we look for in a female, and like the Tiger King daughters have per fect udders with tons of milk. Post Master continues to do an excellent job for us in the cow pasture.

His temperament, calving ease, and the per formance of his calves make him a top bull. He has covered large groups of cows and settled them all.
