During the whirlwind of events, parades, marches, and parties, don’t forget to do you. Or grab a gaggle of friends and wander through the Village to connect with the community – and maybe do a little shopping while you’re at it. The annual community street fair aims to give exposure to local organizations, artisans, and businesses, with offerings ranging from jewellery to dildos to T-shirts to food. There will be loads of health-and-wellness groups sprinkled throughout the streets to make sure you’re safe and feeling good, as well as community groups on hand to talk about the amazing and sometimes lifesaving work they do all year. Not only is the street fair a bustling home base from which to grab some food, people-watch, and catch a show; it’s a place to feel the love this month packs in along Church, Wellesley, and Alexander streets – and take hundreds of extremely entertaining selfies. NEW IN 2018, FESTIVAL EXTENSION FROM CARLTON STREET TO DUNDAS STREET
This year Pride Toronto will be extending the festival footprint from Carlton Street to Dundas Street. Be sure to visit all of our new exhibitors and vendors in our Art, Eco and Wellness Zone presented by Tweed.
