Our Presidents Room is a private meeting space on the main floor of our Clubhouse. Named in recognition of those member-elect individuals who have led the Club’s continuous improvement since our inception in 1983, the Presidents Room provides you and your guests with a private and inviting space. Featuring floor to ceiling windows, exposing the glorious morning sunlight and view of our Hawk #1 tee box, this space is ideal for all your business, learning or family occasions. We offer full food and beverage service to accomodate your vision and guests. With a maximum capacity of 45 people, this space is perfect for intimate gatherings or professional meetings.
With views of the foothills and Rocky Mountains, our Grandview restaurant hosts a number of different events in various sizes. With seating capabilities of 40 - 260 people, we recommend this space for larger parties such as wedding receptions, formal dinners, cocktail events, Christmas parties, birthday parties and celebrations of life. The Grandview can be divided into three sections for events. Enjoy a larger function in the East & South Sections, or revel in the beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains in the West Section. Whatever event you are planning, we have many versatile spaces and will work with you to bring your vision to life!

The Grandview is our main indoor event space with floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive panoramic views of both the Alberta Foothills and Rocky Mountains. This space can accomodate a maximum of 142 guests (with a 20’ x 20’ portable dance floor) -or- 180 guests (without dance floor).
Priddis Greens supplies day-of coordination for your bridal party, services and guests included. We also include linens (white tablecloths, napkins), table settings, and a professional service team of bartenders and servers. We would be happy to help arrange outside entertainment for your event upon your request.
We require all wedding details to be finalized no later than three weeks prior to your event, including total guest count, all meal selections and dietary restrictions, room layout, or special beverage orders.

Host Tab: All beverages are paid for by the host party. Drink Tickets: The host will provide a set amount of drink tickets redeemable for beverages -OR- guests purchase their own tickets, payable to credit/debit or member account (cash not accepted).

Wine Pass: Chosen wine will be offered to guests during dinner service - amount of wine passes are to be determined by client and executed by Priddis Greens employees. Wine passes are complimentary. Pricing will be based upon cost of selected wine products.
Pop Up Bar: Additional pop up bars can be made available, either inside our clubhouse or on our Grandview lawn. Each pop up bar will cost $350.00.
His/Her Specialty Cocktail Service: Specialty cocktails can be curated and served on your event day. Pricing for each cocktail is $14/per.
*Subject to availability, price may change depending on type of cocktail.
• A minimum spend requirement of $15,000.00 (excluding GST and service charge) is required with all weddings from October 15 to April 15.
• A minimum spend requirement of $100/person (excluding space rental fee, GST and service charge) in food & beverage products is required with an event date from November 1 to March 31. Events that do not meet this minimum will be charged the difference on the final billing.
• Employees must be provided two (2) hours to re-arrange the space from indoor ceremony to reception.
• The guaranteed number of guests and dietary requirements must be provided to Event Liaison a minimum three (3) weeks before the event date; adjustments will be allowed up to 72 hours before the event start time.
• All plated meal options with more than one entrée choice must be accompanied by supplementary table plans, seating charts and name cards.
• Event package pricing is subject to change up to three (3) months before the event due to market conditions. If affected, all price changes will be immediately communicated to the client.
• Outside food & beverages are prohibited apart from wedding cake or cupcakes prepared by a licensed bakery; employees are not responsible for assembling wedding cakes or dessert displays.
• All alcohol is ONLY to be served by licensed employees in accordance with AGLC regulations. Outside alcohol is prohibited without prior approval from Club Management and will be subject to additional bottle/corkage fees. Shots and double-ounce drinks will not be served nor made available under any circumstances.
• “Last Call” will be no later than 1:00 AM; clients may provide an earlier time at their discretion.
• Day-of-event timeline must be provided to Event Manager a minimum of three (3) weeks before the event date.
• Room is available to the client on the day-of-event from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Employees are not responsible for the takedown or setup of décor.
• Priddis Greens is not responsible for any items left before or after the event.
• Fog machines, glitter, helium balloons, popcorn, nails/tacks, organic flower petals and sparklers inside the Clubhouse are strictly prohibited.
• Photography permitted at the Clubhouse front entrance and Ceremony Lawn. Photography on golf courses is strictly prohibited.
• Outside vendors (i.e. officiant, DJ, transportation/shuttle, photographer) are solely the clients’ responsibility.
• Client is responsible for any damages to the property incurred by guests or outside vendors (any vendor not employed/contracted by the Club)
• Children must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times.
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only or 7.5 metres from building entry points. All cannabis products are not allowed on Club property.
• Unauthorized access to employee-only (i.e. bar, kitchen, offices) and member-only (i.e. locker rooms) areas is strictly prohibited.
• A valid credit card must be provided upon signing. The final payment will be processed within 72-hours of the event.
Q: Does the venue offer menu tastings?
A: Yes, we do! We can coordinate a date to host you and your partner for your desired menu tasting at our Grandview restaurant. We will supply one dish to share between your guests. This total will be charged to your final invoice. Maximum of 4 guests allowed.
Q: Will we have access to decorate the space on the date prior to our event?
A: Access to the event space will depend on the time of day and the type of event you are hosting with us. Please discuss accessibility times with our Event Manager. Employees of Priddis Greens are not responsible for the set up or take down of any decor.
Q: Do you offer safe service transport?
A: Yes, we would be more than happy to help coordinate this upon request. We have access to limousine and coach services as well as alternative safe ride programs (Ubers, Taxis, Keys Please).
Q: Are you wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes we are. We have a fully operational lift and accessible washrooms.
Q: Can I supply my own room set up?
A: Yes! We can work within your preferred room set up for your event and follow your vision to the best of our ability.
Q: When do we need to have our finalized guest count, meal selections or special beverage orders submitted?
A: All of this information needs to be finalized and sent to our Event Manager no later than three weeks prior to your event.
Q: Can we bring in our own desserts?
A: Yes, absolutely. There will be a charge of $4/per guest for outside desserts. Outside desserts must be from a licensed bakery or store.
Q: Can I conduct a walkthrough or site visit prior to the event day?
A: Yes! Our Events Manager would be happy to arrange a time prior to your event to meet and perform a walkthrough, rehearsal or answer any remaining questions.
Q:What is the process for reserving the venue, and how far in advance do I have to book?
A: Please reach out to our Event Manager to inquire on the availability of the date of your event. They will then confirm if we can accomodate your event and set up an initial meeting to gather necessary event details. We recommend booking your our venue at least three months in advance.
