Who we are

A collaborative team of passionate chefs and food lovers, with years of food and drink experience.

We are based in our prep kitchen on the outskirts of Edinburgh, and we offer catering & private dining across Scotland.

We work with the most amazing local suppliers that our country has to offer, and have over a decade of events experience.

We also have a retail side to our business, which holds stock of a huge range of local produce including premium cheese, charcuterie & drinks.

WHAT WE DO

We are the trusted catering partner for many amazing self catering properties across Scotland, including Preston Hall.

We work with individuals and families staying in private holiday accommodation, to ensure your food & drink experience is the best part of your holiday!

We offer exclusive private dining experiences, drinks packages, drop off meals and a premium fridge fill service, all in the comfort of your home.

This brochure will give you a few examples of what we can do. However we love to design custom menus & bespoke events, so please get in touch to discuss your ideas!

We have collaborated with Preston Hall to create a luxury food and drink offering, to make your stay extra special.

We can offer anything from a relaxed family meal ready to pop in the oven, or an in-house chef for your full stay.

You can find prices on our drop off food, however for private dining please get in touch to discuss your event and get a quote.

How it works

Please order by e mail at least 7 days before your arrival to guarantee delivery

We will deliver directly to your property ahead of your arrival.

The minimum order for delivery to your cottage is £100

Fancy a night in without the stress of cooking?

We have a full range of drop off meals that we have prepped, and packaged, and come with simple heating instructions.

This goes from simple cheeseboards, to full 3 course meals.

WOOD FIRED PIZZA

Our portable wood fired ovens create amazing authentic pizza, with the help of our own sourdough dough balls produced in our kitchen.

This is a great way to have a casual event in the garden, and a fun way to get kids involved!

We will cook outdoors, These can then be served indoors or outdoors with salads, charcuterie & dips.

BBQ & FIRE TABLE

The perfect way to host a casual garden party!

We worked with a local blacksmith, to create this amazing, bespoke barbecue Our Fire Table is an incredible way to wow your guests with the theatre of open fire cooking

From smokey slow cooked brisket to fresh Scottish lobsters roasting on the coals, we can do it all!

If you are hosting a smaller event, we have multiple portable BBQ's we can cook over, or use the BBQ in your accommodation

Whether you want a relaxed family style meal, or a ten course tasting menu, we would love to work with you.

Our experienced chefs & front of house staff will delight your guests with exciting seasonal menus.

We will provide all our own cutlery, crockery & glassware.

FRIDGE FILLS

A unique and luxury service, where we will have a call with you in advance and take any special requests, and understand your group requirements.

We will then visit your accommodation before you arrive, and fill the fridge & the cupboards with fresh fruit, breakfast essentials, local snacks, crisps, beers, cheese & everything else required for a comfortable stay.

We will stay in touch with you during your stay, and top up anything you are particularly enjoying. We will then clear anything unused at the end of your stay, so there is absolutely no waste.

We have multiple levels, all billed per person, per day.

BEER & CIDER

We work with amazing local breweries such as Stewart Brewing, Pilot, Bellfield Brewery, Fyne Ales & Cold Town House, as well as Thistly Cross Cider.

All beer & cider are priced at £2.95 and sold individually. Simply let us know how many you would like and if you have any preference in style.

All beers & ciders will be chilled in the fridge ahead of your arrival

From their kitchen in Edinburgh there is a team of wonderful Mademoiselles and Messiuers who work with a purpose of bringing a little bit of Paris to you. Every single macaron is made by hand with the freshest ingredients and passion
