Asia Pacific Property Awards and Summit 2015-2016 took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Mandalay Samui Developments competed against a number of highprofile developers in the Asia Pacific to receive the awards.

Lord Courtown from the House of Lords in British Parliament was present on stage in his capacity as Chairman of the Architecture and Interior Design categories committee while each winning company was presented with either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ award.

Mandalay Beach Villas won ‘Best Residential Development (Thailand)’ and ‘Highly Commended Property Single Unit (Thailand)’ awards from the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015-2016 sponsored by Grohe.
