Logo Contest Site 48hourslogo.com Launches Redesigned Website With New Elite Designer Option To accompany their newly redesigned logo, 48hourslogo launches a new website design. Also included in the update is a new Elite Designer feature that allows the top ranking designers an added incentive on more complex projects. Atlanta, GA, December 12, 2013 -- December 3, 2013 saw the launch of a redesigned 48hourslogo.com. The redesigned logo contest website featured an updated logo and a large photo graphic, a stronger emphasis was placed on the opportunity for starting a contest at just $29. This unique price point allows clients to see what creative designs are submitted before paying the minimum $70 prize and 15% hosting fee. The homepage also highlights 48hourslogo.com’s personal statistics, such as having over 15,000 happy customers and over one million logos submitted by their design community.
The new logo was created by one of their in house logo designers, boybud40. His design was selected out of 162 designs and over 62 of his fellow designers. This logo design features a stylized clock in place of the “o” in “Hours,” with a warm orange and bright silver color combination. “Simplicity is what I was looking for. Noon or midnight is a good time for a date, that’s how I chose the placement of the hands on the clock,” says boybud40. 48hourslogo.com has not had a new logo design since they started, the previous design created by studioart three years ago. Elite Designer Option Despite the thousands of satisfied customers, there are still contests in which the logo submissions are not quite what the contest holder is looking for. To help ensure total customer satisfaction, the Elite Designer Option was created. This allows anyone holding a contest with 48hourslogo.com to order a number of new logo concepts from a list of Elite Designers for $10 each.
