Left plans to punish ‘Trump enablers’

n a move reminiscent of the excesses of the French Revolution or the darkest chapters in the history of Communist tyrannies, a wide array of left-wing journalists, media outlets and Democrats has openly called for revenge and retribution against President Donald Trump and the more than 70 million Americans who voted for him in the 2020 presidential election. These are the same voters that Hillary Clinton called “deplorable” in 2016 and Joe Biden has referred to on the campaign stump as “ugly” and “chumps.” Robert Reich, the former secretary of Labor under President Bill Clinton and a professor at University of California-Berkeley, argued in late October that once Trump was defeated, a Truth and Reconciliation Commission would be needed to “erase Trump’s lies, comfort those who have been harmed by his hatefulness, and name every official, politician, executive, and media mogul whose greed and cowardice enabled this catastrophe.” Other left-wing pundits and commentators, including Chris Hayes of MSNBC, echoed similar sentiments, insisting that Trump’s “evil actions” must be counteracted with a commission to “recover from Trump,” as a headline in The Nation put it. Others made much more explicit threats against President Trump and his supporters, including the radical Demo-

cratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The New York representative ominously asked on Twitter days after the election, “Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future?” She was, of course, implying that Trump supporters and “enablers” should and would be targeted following any exit from the White House. Jennifer Rubin, a “Never Trump” political commentator and op-ed writer for The Washington Post, insisted that any Republican “promoting rejection of an election, calling to not follow the will of voters or making baseless allegations of fraud should never serve in office, join a corporate board, find a faculty position or be accepted into ‘polite’ society,” essentially arguing that Trump supporters should be blacklisted from

society, especially should they voice any doubts about election results, now or in the future. Rubin then declared, “We have a list,” implying that she and her vengeful followers are keeping track of those who will be excluded from “polite” society. Evan McMullin, yet another Never Trumper and a former CIA operations officer, made similar comments, arguing on Twitter that “we should keep and publish a list of everyone who assists Trump’s frivolous and dangerous attacks on the election. . . . Name and shame forever,” McMullin insisted. The LGBTQ faction of the radical left, represented by the GLAAD media organization, has even established the Trump Accountability Project, described as “a resource for journalists, editors, and other newsmakers reporting on the Trump administration, which catalogues the anti-LGBTQ statements and actions of President Donald Trump and those in his circle,” which will seek to punish anyone who worked for or supported the president by making it difficult for them to find gainful employment in a potential post-Trump America. Other left-wing outlets, including The New Republic, are urging the Joe Biden team to prosecute President Trump for his alleged misdeeds and crimes, insisting that “only by revisiting this grim chapter in American history, and by penalizing those who broke the law, can this country move forward.” Make no mistake. The various private monopolies controlling much of American society—PayPal, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.—and hate hustling groups like the SPLC and Black Lives Matter will be eager to assist in the national purge and possible blacklisting of Trump supporters, colleagues and other political dissidents, as has been on vivid display in recent years. In short: “Deplorables beware.” ★

You Can’t Trust the Controlled Media to Report the Truth

f you’ve been following the news in the mainstream media, you may be under the impression that the Trump administration has had no success filing lawsuits to delay the certification of vote counts in key states around the country. As AFP goes to press just before the Thanksgiving holiday, at last count, lawyers working for the presidential campaign of President Donald Trump have filed 34 lawsuits in six states. Most have already been dismissed or dropped. Two in Pennsylvania are still pending, however. Another one in Michigan is on appeal. Four in Nevada are still active. Two have been successful. In other words, despite what you may have read in the big media or seen on news networks like CNN and Fox, the fight is not actually over yet. In truth, lawyers working for President Trump have not actually made it easy for reporters to report on what is going on. Bizarrely, while President Donald Trump and his lawyers have been claiming in public that widespread vote fraud cost the president the election, only four court filings—in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan—actually even mention the word “fraud.” In almost all of the other cases in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Nevada, Wisconsin, and Arizona, lawyers working for the president’s campaign have only taken issue with specific instances that have denied voters their rights.

For instance, in one lawsuit, President Trump’s quixotic personal attorney, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani actually told a Pennsylvania judge that he is not alleging any fraud took place in that particular case. The former New York City mayor, who hasn’t argued a case in years, went before U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Brann in federal court in Pennsylvania, to represent two Republican voters, whose rights were violated when their ballots were voided and they were not allowed to fix, or cure, them, as voters were in other counties of Pennsylvania. The problem for Giuliani, though, is that this is an issue for a state court to handle. Under Pennsylvania election law, districts have the authority to decide whether voters in their counties will be able to fix ballots that have been rejected. Some areas, such as Philadelphia, aggressively reached out to voters before the election if their ballot had been rejected, while others in proTrump counties didn’t. In that case, Giuliani opened his appearance in court with the claim that there was “widespread nationwide voter fraud” during the election, but a day later, under questioning by Brann, Giuliani stated, “This is not a fraud case.” Not surprisingly, Brann tossed the case, ruling that the Republican-led legislature had made the rule and that the Trump campaign had no standing to sue in federal court.

The mainstream media, however, was quick to latch onto this, claiming that it was yet another example of Trump’s lawyers failing miserably. Giuliani was actually correct, however. While this was not necessarily a case of fraud, the election law enacted by state legislators is unfair and has disenfranchised untold numbers of mostly pro-Trump voters in counties that did not have as good a ground game as counties that were pro-Biden. And then there is Georgia. The Peach State is currently in the midst of its third official hand count. During the second count, nearly 3,000 votes were found that were mysteriously never added to the tally. While this was more than likely due to incompetence rather than outright fraud, when the votes were added to the tally, they mostly went in favor of President Trump. This apparent error led objective election watchers to wonder just how many more votes out there have been missed due to accidents or outright fraud—something no one will ever know about unless these systems are scrutinized meticulously. The bottom line here, however, is that, even if you believe Joe Biden won the election, you should still support making sure that everyone’s vote counts in this country. By mocking and dismissing the legitimate legal efforts of the Trump campaign, however, the mainstream media is doing a great disservice to the American people and only further discrediting them-

selves in the eyes of objective Americans. By now, it should be clear to anyone who doesn’t suffer from Trump derangement syndrome that, after parroting for years unfounded, poorly sourced, ridiculous claims about Russiagate, the mainstream media cannot be trusted to objectively report the news. This is the same media that accepted without question claims about Saddam Hussein’s non-existent weapons of mass destruction and also parroted all of the lies that led the country into the Iraq War after 9/11. Why should Americans trust them when they dismiss vote fraud charges so cavalierly? Now compare that with what we at AMERICAN FREE PRESS have done in that same timeframe. News You May Have Missed Special Counsel on Vote Fraud For 20 years, AMERICAN FREE PRESS has been detailing, with little support from elites, credible reports on widespread vote fraud. Now, however, thanks to the many articles on verifiable cases of vote scamming in the latest election, mainstream Republicans are more willing than ever to accept that there are many people out there engaged in illegal activity. Examples include voter rolls not being maintained, ballots without postmarks being accepted, and signatures not being checked against records. Writing on “The Federalist” news website, Frank Cannon, the president of pro-Republican group American Principles Project, suggests that if the country can suffer through years of a special counsel investigating absurd claims of Russian collusion on the part the Trump campaign, the least the country can have is a similar prosecutor who looks into all of the credible claims of election fraud. “President Trump still has the power to do so, before, as seems increasingly possible, [Joe] Biden takes charge,” writes Cannon. “The investigation into the Russia hoax was based on far flimsier evidence than that which currently indicates potential voter fraud.”

In recent years, critical race theory has expanded beyond the academy and become a force in progressive politics.”

Even Canada Requires It Many liberals and the mainstream media claim that requiring Americans to show their ID and prove their identity when voting is “racist,” but even liberal Canada has this requirement. The official Canadian election website states: “To vote at the federal election you have to prove your identity and address. There are three ways to do this.” The website then goes on to note citizens can present a drivers license, two utility bills showing proof of

then, far-left activists have worked overtime to try to censor the book, publicly calling out major companies like Amazon that allowed it to be sold on their platforms or in their stores. A funny thing happened, however. According to recent reports, Shrier’s book has become a national bestseller in the U.S. due to all of the controversy about the book created by gender fanatics.

Boycott Backfires Remember that boycott organized against Hispanic food maker Goya? Whiny leftists were so mad, they wanted to drive the minority-owned company out of business—all because Goya CEO Robert Unanue refused to disavow positive statements he made about President Donald Trump. At the time, the boycott was designed to force the Goya brass to bend to the will of the radical left and apologize for “insensitivity.” Not only did the boycott backfire, with a massive surge of sales for Goya, the company recently announced that 2020 was one of its best sales years ever. Unanue has ruffled some feathers in the past few months for continuing his vocal support for the president and for posting material on social media that supports the belief of many that the 2020 presidential election was far from honest.

Another Bad Day for BLM The Black Lives Matter (BLM) group keeps trying to fix its public image in the face of overwhelming pushback that has revealed the group as a radical, far-left, Marxist organization. A recent report out of Wisconsin has the group scrambling again. According to “The Post Millennial,” Wisconsin BLM leader Frank David Sensabaugh, 39 years old, was arrested by Milwaukee police on Nov. 16 on suspicion of felony third-degree sexual assault. Sensabaugh filmed the arrest on his cellphone and uploaded it to the internet. Despite the rape charges, police were professional and there was no violence because Sensabaugh cooperated fully with the arresting officers. Sensabaugh has a criminal history that includes drug manufacturing charges. He also owes nearly $100,000 in child support. Last August, he was arrested for disorderly conduct after leading a group to block traffic on a highway in Indiana.

Origins of Coronavirus Just when you thought things could not get weirder when it comes to the origins of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes Covid-19, China is reportedly blaming Italy for starting the epidemic. The Times of London reports: “Officials in Beijing are pushing a new study that suggests the contagion may have been spreading in the European nation as early as September—three months before it was confirmed to be spreading in the long-assumed epicenter in the Chinese city of Wuhan. . . . The Asian nation has also previously questioned Spain about the origins of the pandemic, as well as the U.S. military, claiming it brought the virus to Wuhan in October last year during the Military World Games.” In the past year, scientists have been able to sequence multiple strains of the virus, publishing their findings on the independent website “NextStrain.org” that is curated by scientists from around the world. They believe independently that the virus originated in China some time in November and December 2019. Whether the virus got out because of an accident at a Chinese lab or if the virus jumped from an animal to a human in the wild has yet to be conclusively determined, however.

Election Polls Wildly Wrong Again • Are pollsters clueless about Trump supporters or were they suppressing turnout?

n 2016, every pre-election poll on the presidential race between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton had Clinton winning handily. On the eve of the election, both pollsters and the overtly biased talking heads assured the public that Hillary stood a 95% chance of being elected president. They were obviously way off the mark, but that changed nothing about their polling practices. In 2020, basically the same refrain was heard: Joe Biden held an insurmountable lead overall, and particularly in the crucial swing states. Influential pollsters like Nate Silver declared, on Oct. 31, that Trump stood only a 10% chance of being reelected. The bias of the pollsters clearly played into their conclusions. As independent pollster Richard Baris told The New York Post, “They hurt us bad this election. This industry is dominated by left-wingers. And a big, big problem is they’re trying to profile the voting behavior of people they don’t understand and may even despise.” Baris became one of several public figures to be suspended by Twitter for mentioning the widespread evidence of fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Among many problems with modern polling is the fact that Americans’ trust in the process has plummeted in recent years. The Pew Research Center reports that only 6% of people now agree to participate in election surveys. Baris blasted his colleagues, saying, “I think they bully each other. They herd. That’s when you start to mirror other pollsters because you’re afraid that Nate Silver or CNN is going to call you an outlier.” Baris went on

to explain: “The way they’re polling, they are reaching voters that skew too urban. In that case, your Republican sample will be stacked with the John Kasich Republicans, the Bill Kristol Republicans—and that’s not the Republican Party that gave the presidency to Donald Trump.” Baris was practically the only pollster to use “social desirability” questions to uncover hidden “shy Trump voters” who are routinely reluctant to admit their support out of fear of social ostracism. Veteran Republican pollster Frank Luntz agreed on this point, stating: “The fact is, Trump people don’t like being interviewed by pollsters. They tell me they would never consider talking to a pollster, because that would help the pollster manipulate them, and they are so wary of being manipulated.” Given the great social divide in the country, which has resulted in violent altercations and pro-Trump workers being fired from their jobs, the reluctance is certainly understandable. The antipathy towards Trump voters was evident right after the 2016 election. Feminist writer Jessica Valenti penned a Nov. 19, 2016 article in The Guardian titled “ ‘Vote Shaming’ Trump Supporters is Fair. What They Have Done is Shameful.” This toxic writer declared that supporters of Trump “seem to believe that there should be no social consequences for their vote. I keep hearing calls for empathy and healing, civility, and polite discourse. As if supporting a man who would fill his administration with white nationalists and misogynists is something to simply agree to disagree on. . . . Being socially ostracized for supporting Trump is not an infringement of your rights, it’s a reasonable response by those of us who are disgusted, anxious, and afraid.” After this year’s election, a headline in Coun-

terpunch blared, “How Could 70 Million Still Have Voted for Trump?” The article railed against “the ‘ethnic’ composition of his mostly white European heritage followers who are fearful ‘their’ white culture is being overwhelmed by the growing numbers and diversity of people of color in America. This fear is the foundation of his—and their— white nationalism, which is really a form of racism.” Pre-election polls have always served to manipulate public opinion. When the Democrats or Republicans first field a slew of presidential aspirants, polls are quickly trotted out, revealing an alleged frontrunner or frontrunners. The state-controlled media complies dutifully, consistently referring to the new favorite or favorites as “frontrunners,” who invariably are long-time servants of the corrupt establishment. Meanwhile, the rare problematic outliers, like Dennis Kucinich or Ron Paul, poll in the low single digits and are never mentioned as potential winners by the “journalists” who sway voter allegiances with these laughable numbers. These polls, and the manipulation of voters, begin very early, before a single ballot has been cast in any primary or caucus. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) has tweeted about Trump voters being “complicit.” The inference is they are responsible for the “crime” of him being elected, and thus subject to some form of retribution. There has been serious mention of “truth and reconciliation” committees, which happened in South Africa after the overthrow of apartheid. No wonder Trump supporters have been hesitant to admit their feelings to pollsters. Are there Nuremberg-style tribunals on the horizon so that the “woke” left can punish its vilified foes? hen business tycoon Donald J. Trump and his wife Melania descended the elevator in June 2015, no one would have guessed it would be a pivotal turning point in American history. The president knew how to turn heads and command attention. On Nov. 14, Make America Great Again (MAGA) marchers in Washington, D.C. made their way from Freedom Plaza, down Pennsylvania Avenue to the U.S. Supreme Court at a massive pro-Trump event dubbed “the MEGA Rally” or “Million MAGA March.” It was an overt show of gratitude, loyalty, and love from his many supporters for the way in which he governed the United States like a republic and a business at the same time. Great exuberance greeted him when he arrived at Freedom Plaza by motorcade to wave to and thank supporters prior to the “Stop the Steal” rally. “He’s not a career politician; he’s a statesman. I’m thankful he’s not a lawyer or oil baron with a forked tongue,” quipped North Carolina’s Mike Steel, readjusting his seven-year-old on his shoulders. “He is the real deal. He hears us.” Steve Markus of Texas chimed in: “We need term limits in Congress.” Bobby Jones, a business major from Michigan, believes that “Trump understands America needs to be handled like a business.” We have all—including the president—witnessed for four years the corruption and power of the Deep State here in the U.S. and abroad. Some of those who sensed this about President Trump were legal immigrants who came from socialist or communist countries with ideologies anathema to freedomloving people. There were Cambodian and Vietnamese representatives and their families who came all the way to D.C. from Sacramento, Calif. to voice their support and affection for Trump’s America-first policies. Some believe the NWO, Deep State (with its minions in Big Tech and the media), and greedy internationalists have all colluded together to take down this populist “President of the People” and,

with him, a resurgent America. Signs saying “We Stand With You, President Trump” were scattered throughout the crowd of attendees. Mainstream media outlets critical of the president (including Fox News) falsely reported that there were “maybe tens of thousands.” In fact, according to cell phone “pings,” the crowd numbered a million or more. Streets were blocked off and thousands reported by text messages and calls that they were “unable to get into the city,” noted Mary Davis, a member of the organization Oregon Women for Trump. The MEGA rally was spearheaded by Amy Kremer, the chairwoman of “Women for America First,” and her team to show support for President Trump. Guest speakers at the evening banquet included the brother of Gen. Michael Flynn. Days before, Eventbrite—an online organization through which events like this are often coordinated—suddenly and unexpectedly took down all registration sites, soon thereafter reporting that all related events and the MEGA rally itself had been “Cancelled!” Outraged, Americans from around the country went to Parler and Telegram (preferable alternatives to Twitter and Facebook), informing each other that the event was in fact not cancelled. This writer observed gangs of Antifa and BLM extremists attempting to attack Trump supporters next to the U.S. Supreme Court. Thankfully, the D.C. Capitol Police stepped in; otherwise people would have been harassed and possibly physically harmed. Families with terrified young children returning to hotels were physically threatened and chased down the street by hooded terrorists. Other miscreants snatched Trump hats from the heads of Trump supporters and burned them in the streets of D.C. Still other agitators were photographed throwing Molotov cocktails at anyone they suspected of approving of President Trump. The day after the MEGA march, another rally was held at John Marshall Park. The WalkAway Campaign, founded by Brandon Straka (a former liberal), is a grassroots movement that encourages individuals who are concerned by the radicalization of the Democratic Party to walk away from that party and join the America-first movement.

Mainstream Discussing Vote Scam After Decades of Censoring Topic By Mark Anderson

he year 2020 will be remembered as the year not only of Covid-19, but also the year of the most contested—and suspect—election in U.S. history. The idea of relying so heavily on mass mail-in ballots over coronavirus transmission concerns profoundly increased the incentives and the opportunity for foul play. As of this writing, despite the mass media cartel’s lockstep insistence that each and every vote-counting concern raised by President Donald Trump and his supporters is automatically and intrinsically invalid, there are outstanding irregularities, developments, and issues that at the very least show that, even if Joe Biden is inaugurated as president, two decades of reporting by AMERICAN FREE PRESS about rampant election fraud are being vindicated like never before. As reported by this writer in the pages of AFP, electronic voting machine companies, such as Dominion Voting Systems, and their proprietary software—run by secretive source code—are finally being seriously discussed and to some extent exposed by the rightwing news media including Fox, Newsmax, and “Breitbart News,” to name a few. Sidney Powell has also made some bold claims. Powell is the former Texas district attorney who represented Gen. Michael Flynn and temporarily joined forces with the Trump legal team with attorney and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. (Powell was fired from the Trump team on Nov. 22, although Giuliani says she was never officially on the team. A source who spoke to Breitbart News suggested that “the team had hoped to work with her, but Powell’s public claims went beyond the scope of the evidence they had seen and believed they could prove in court.”) The Trump team has launched a serious vote challenge effort, which has been wildly ridiculed in the or-

thodox press. They seek to prove that Donald J. Trump won the election and have sought injunctions in state courts to stop vote-count certifications before all possible fraud is ferreted out. So far, as AFP goes to press, some of the legal team’s strongest evidence, discussed at a Nov. 19 press conference at the Republican National Committee headquarters in D.C., includes the following: • According to Giuliani, there are an estimated 220 sworn affidavits from Michigan witnesses of election fraud, many of which are in the public record. Giuliani said about 300,000 allegedly unlawful votes could be invalidated in a court of law—which exceeds Biden’s 154,188-vote margin of victory in the Great Lakes State (a figure from Michigan’s unofficial results on the secretary of state website). • In Wisconsin, Giuliani said that about 60,000 ballots in Milwaukee County and 40,000 in Madison, never had ballot applications requested in a state with extra-strict voting laws. Indeed, Wisconsin was among the few states that disallowed mail-in ballots. Giuliani explained that Wisconsin law also forbids unsolicited absentee ballots; therefore, any such ballots that never had a ballot application attached to them are invalid. “If you count the lawful votes, Trump won Wisconsin,” Giuliani summarized. • As for Michigan, the apparent fraud includes an incident in which witnesses testified via affidavits under penalty of perjury that at 4:30 a.m., Nov. 4, a truck pulled into the Detroit counting center. (Some election workers thought it was a food delivery truck, so they approached the vehicle.) But the witnesses on record say the truck was packed with “thousands and thousands of ballots; the ballots were in garbage bags, paper bags and cardboard boxes,” as Giuliani related at the above-noted press conference, while adding that these ballots were taken into the counting facility and placed on several tables. Those handling the trucked-in ballots thought that Republican observers had departed for the night, but two remained, as did a Dominion Voting Systems employee. All the ballots appeared to be for Biden, witnesses claim, and the number of ballots was thought to be at least 50,000 and maybe upwards of 100,000. In the pending lawsuit Costantino v. Detroit, which Giuliani referred to several times—while admonishing the reporters at the press conference to do their job and look it up, instead of instantly dismissing all election-fraud claims—the witnesses’ sworn statements include (according to the actual suit posted via the Great Lakes Justice Center): • “Ballots were counted even though the voter’s name did not appear on the official voter rolls. • “Election workers were ordered not to verify voters’ signatures on absentee ballots, and they were ordered to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity. • “Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported those ballots had been received prior to the Nov. 3, 2020 deadline. • “Defendants used false information to process ballots. . . . Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the Qualified Voter File and recorded

these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900. • “Defendants coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. . . .” All told, according to the evidence that Giuliani summarized for reporters, “In the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Arizona, we have more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election, in terms of provable illegal ballots.” Powell’s remarks, much like Giuliani’s, presented an evidentiary framework that would be more fully revealed and confirmed, if and when such matters see the full light of day in the courts. She supplemented Giuliani’s remarks by saying there’s evidence that U.S. votes were electronically sent outside the U.S. to be tallied, while being prone to hacking. She also said that Dominion Voting Systems and the Smartmatic software company are at the center of the electronic portion of the Nov. 3 election fraud, and that the software’s chief characteristic is its ability to “flip” votes—”based on algorithms that probably ran all over the country to a take a certain percentage of votes for President Trump and flip them to . . . Biden.” A key point she added is that the evidence of this vote-flipping (which is attached to the pleadings in a Georgia lawsuit) might not have been found were it not for Trump’s votes being so “overwhelming in so many of the states” that it “broke the algorithm that had been plugged into the system and that’s what caused [officials] to have to shut down [the vote count]. That’s when they came in the back doors with all the mail-in ballots, many of which they had actually fabricated.” Meanwhile, covering broader matters, Powell announced that Dominion executives evidently have abandoned their Toronto office space, which she said was shared “with one of the [George] Soros entities.” Furthermore, she noted that “one of the leaders of the Dominion project overall is Lord Malloch Brown—Mr. Soros’ number-two person in the UK,” to which she added: “There are ties of the Dominion Leadership to the Clinton Foundation.” And while Powell claimed that a Dominion votetheft system used in the 2020 U.S. election was previously tested and perfected in Venezuela when the nation’s now-deceased socialist-populist leader, Hugo Chavez, allegedly used it to hang on to power, AFP determined, through readily available evidence that the mass media cartel ignores, that Vice Admiral (USCG retired) Peter Neffenger is chairman of the board of Smartmatic and is a member of Biden’s transition team for Homeland Security. The lesson from all this? What AFP has recommended for two decades: All votes must be marked on paper ballots that must be openly counted by hand in each local voting precinct, in full public view (open to everyone in-person and via real-time video feed). This must be done before the ballots leave the precinct to go to secure central tabulation and storage facilities. No exceptions.
