What is Consultant Status?
• This Programme recognises and rewards the total Team Sales earned by an active Sales Consultant and their personal Recruits EVERY 7 months!
• The higher the Status level, the bigger the bonus and other rewards!
Let’s get you started on your Sales Consultant Status journey…
1. Share your Goal with your Branch Manager.
2. Inspire EVERY Consultant in your Team to work towards their “Why”.
3. Use your 24 Hours wisely. I.e. Plan your activities, Plot your Profit.
4. Treat your business like a business – give it the attention it requires.
5. Track your progress – daily, weekly and monthly.
GROWING YOUR TEAM IS THE FIRST STEP TO CLIMBING THE LADDER TO SUCCESS AND SALES CONSULTANT STATUS!
CONSULTANT STATUS PROGRAMME CRITERIA:
* Points refer to Nett personal points plus the Nett sales of personal recruits.
* Point value = R7 500.
* Accepted orders (Cash, Credit and Fixed Plan) count 100%.
* Held/Pending orders do not count.
* Status reviewed twice a year: July to January and December to June (December and January count twice).
QUALIFYING FOR PEARL STATUS - THE FIRST STEP TO SUCCESS
It is possible to qualify for Consultant Status through your PERSONAL SALES only
EXAMPLE GOAL: I want to achieve Pearl Status through personal sales only.
I need to sell R21 750 every month.
EXAMPLE: I need to sell 4 Deluxe 10-Piece Ensembles every month.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO?
Sell 20 POINTS over 7 months
20 points / 7 months = 2.9 POINTS every month
2.9 points x R7 500 = R21 750 (Nett Product Value)
I only need to sell 4 Deluxe 10-Piece Ensembles every month.

Sell 20 POINTS over 7 months
20 points / 7 months = 2.9 POINTS every month
2.9 points x R7 500 = R21 750 (Nett Product Value)
I only need to sell 4 Deluxe 10-Piece Ensembles every month.
WHAT DOES MY TEAM NEED TO DO?
Sell 30 POINTS over 7 months
30 points / 7 months = 4.3 POINTS every month
4.3 Points / 4 teammates = 1.1 POINTS every month
1.1 points x R7 500 = R8 250 (Nett Product Value)
Each recruit only needs to sell 1 Deluxe 10-Piece Ensemble and one 6-Piece Ensemble every month.
Achieving Silver Status with a Team of 4 recruits equals higher rewards:
You earn approximately R24 360* personal sales commission and R11 291** recruiting commission PLUS you will receive:
*Calculated over 7 months, using 16% Personal Sales Commission for Credit Orders.
** Calculated over 7 months, using 5% Recruiting Commission for Team Sales (Level 2).
Tips for growing your Team:
1. Show the Dream Book to as many people as you can every day.
2. Meet people in-person or online via Zoom, phone, e-mail, WhatsApp or Facebook, and share the opportunity of starting a Pres Les business.
3. Advertise your business on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
4. WhatsApp status is a great tool to stay visible daily - use your digital leaflets and supporting tools to keep your status visible to your contacts list.
REMEMBER: Your recruits must be over the age of 18 and must be a South African citizen or a permanent resident in Southern Africa.
