THE KENNEDY
This warranty is extended by Presidential Billiards to the original owner or purchaser (proof of purchase may be required) of products manufactured by Presidential Billiards. Your warranty becomes effective automatically upon purchase and installation from an authorized Presidential Billiards Dealer. It is non-transferable and valid on products which are maintained with usual care and used in ordinary residential use only.
Presidential Billiards warrants each pool table (excluding cloth and pockets) against defects in material or workmanship (aside from normal wear and tear) for the life of the table with the original purchaser. Presidential Billiards will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any or all parts proved to be defective. All warranty claims must be made through an authorized Presidential Billiards dealer or agent. Repair or replacement of defective items will constitute complete fulfillment of this warranty.
This Lifetime Warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set below:
• The Lifetime Warranty is void if the product is not installed or serviced by an authorized dealer.
• Any claim under this Lifetime Warranty must be made through an authorized dealer.
• The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser of the product.
• This warranty does not apply to tables sold or used for commercial purposes.
• This warranty does not cover any labor costs. Labor costs to dismantle, crate, uncrate or reinstall any defective parts will be at the customer's expense.
• This warranty does not cover freight charges for defective parts to be returned to Presidential Billiards. If the parts are determined to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced by Presidential Billiards and the freight charges to return the parts to the customer will be paid by Presidential Billiards.
• Any damage must be proven to Presidential Billiards’ satisfaction to be solely due to a defect in workmanship or material. Any damage caused by carelessness, improper treatment or failure to care for the table in accordance with standard procedures, including a failure to maintain proper environmental conditions, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire or any other natural calamity is excluded from coverage under this warranty.
Presidential Billiards warrants the furniture will be free from defects for one (1) year from date of original purchase by the original buyer.
Presidential Billiards warrants the Shuffleboard playfield for one (1) year from date of purchase, and our cabinet and legs against defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years as long as the table is owned by the original owner.
Presidential Billiards warrants that our Foosball and Air Hockey tables will be free from defects for one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the original buyer.
The Presidential Preferred Dealer program rewards dealers for their commitment to the Presidential Billiards brand.
We require our dealers to display a range of our pool tables and game room furniture in each of their stores and represented on the company website to qualify as a preferred dealer. In addition:
• Annual wholesale sales volume of a minimum of $75,000 is required to maintain preferred status.
• Meet the KPIs of the growth plan which will be set up with your Account Manager.
• Follow all the dealer guidelines and policies of Presidential Billiards including adhering to minimum advertised pricing (MAP).
• Present a minimum of 3 floor models of Presidential pool tables.
• Participate in an annual review and evaluation with the Account Manager.

Every dealer website has to comply with the company standards so we’re all putting our best face forward. Your website needs to have a professional look and feel. The user experience is very important! All the images of Presidential products must be high quality and appropriately tagged with a title. Presidential offers lots of great shots, but you can also use professional quality images of your own making. Use the authorized Presidential logo wherever appropriate. If your website is not advanced, we encourage you to utilize a link to our Presidential Billiards website.
Everyone is on some form of social media, so we work together to make it easy to get the most from it, for our products and your business. We recommend, with the permission of the home owner, taking lots of great photos of your installations & posting them on your favorite social media sites. If we use your images we will give you a credit of $50.
All orders are palletized and tendered to the freight company in good condition.
Pallets are photographed prior and after being shrink wrapped and loaded on the truck. Orders are shipped F.O.B from our New Caney, TX warehouse. Freight quotes with multiple carriers are done prior to the order shipping and the best rate with the best delivery time is selected, unless you specify which company you wish to ship with.
Dealers are required to open and inspect the product on arrival. If the shipment appears to be damaged the dealer must indicate this on the bill of lading and take photographs of the pallets prior to disassembling them. Please be aware that there may be hidden damage as a result of shock and stress. If this is not done, then any replacement parts will be at the expense of the dealer. If at all possible, please do not refuse the shipment when the product arrives damaged as it often looks worse than it is. It is easier to replace components than to replace a full shipment when time is an issue. If there is freight damage to the product then photographs of the damaged components must accompany the request for replacement parts. We recommend that the replacement parts ship out with another order to minimize further freight damage.
Please verify the quantity of boxes received equals the quantity of boxes according to your packing list. If there is a discrepancy, please notify us immediately. If there is damage to a component, photographs need to be taken prior to assembly.
All drop shipments will incur a 7% (minimum $50) handling charge. We will not drop ship into a preferred dealers territory.
Upon approval of credit, our terms are 30 days Net, prompt. No orders will be shipped if any invoices are showing past due.
We accept a company check, wire transfer, ACH or credit card. If paying with credit card, then no other payment-related discounts will qualify.
