Executive Board (elected)

a. Presides over all meetings

b. Guides all Touchdown Club activities

c Interface with school official, coaches and other campus clubs regarding TDC activities

d Secondary mail recipient

e. Director of communications (current and alumni)

f. Ensure updated email addresses of members and alumni

g. Direct social media updates

h Email a weekly newsletter (starting week 0)

i Provide game announcements on game day

j Securing event vendors and contracts are current

k. Submit to the Department of Environmental Health (City of Corona)

* Application To Operate a Temporary Food Facility Form

* Community Event Temporary Food Facility Operator’s Agreement Form

l Submit the application for booster club from CNUSD and all required documents to the school official in charge of clubs for approval to operate

a Assume duties of president in absence of president

b Coordinate stadium, electronic and program advertising and Spotlight Pages

c Assists the following coordinators

i. Team Parents

ii. Season ticket Coordinator

a Coordinate events including but not limited to; Banquets, Husky Hero Night, Senior dinner

b. Coordinate fundraising events including, Dine Ins, Bingo, car washes etc.

c. Accountable for staying within TDC specified budget.

d To provide each team’s complete roster on game day (Blast)

e Assists the following coordinators

i Concessions Coordinator

a Records all meeting minutes and submits finalized minutes for approval

b Keeps and maintains records of all meeting minutes

c Keeps Bylaws current

d. Maintain and distribute contact information for Executive Board and Coordinators.

e. Maintain record for coaches meals

a Receives monies and make deposits

b. Balance all accounts after any event / game

c. Keep records, receipts and disbursements

d Check out cash boxes, provide receipt books and credit card etc to approved board members and coordinators to carry out business of TDC

e Primary mail recipient

f. Provide monthly Treasurer Reports to the board

g. Collect monies owed from Concessions, Apparel and any other cash generating entities or Vendors at TDC events

h Assists the following coordinators

i Apparel Coordinator

a Works in coordination with treasurer to ensure accuracy of records

b Advise Executive board regarding tax issues, inquiries, requirements

c Consolidate records and provide quarterly, mid-year and end of year reporting

7 Compliance Officer

a Liaison between TDC and Centennial High School

b Assists the boosters in maintaining compliance with Corona-Norco school district rules and Guidelines

8. Concessions Coordinator

a Inventory and coordinate purchasing for events May be issued a TDC credit card at the discretion of the TDC

b Maintain the Hungry Husky and equipment Notify the Executive board of any issues needing addressed.

c. Accountable for staying within TDC specified budget.

d Be aware of, and maintain Hungry Husky to current Health Department standards

e Ensure food vendors have required permits posted in the Hungry Husky

9. Apparel Coordinator

a. Responsible for ordering, inventorying and selling apparel and souvenirs as directed by the Executive Board.

b Accountable for staying within TDC specified budget

c Coordinate with head coach for specific team items needed

10. Volunteer Coordinator

a. Work with the president to coordinate communication for volunteer needs and keep board updated on volunteer status for all upcoming events.

b Be aware of the volunteer needs for each event

c Ensure the required district documentation is completed and submitted for each volunteer

d Be available at events to check in volunteers

e. Assign volunteers to meet the needs of the event.

f. Keep records of volunteers and hours worked.

11 Season Ticket Coordinator

a Coordinate, promote and sell Season tickets as decided by the Executive board prior to the beginning of season

b. Ensure the VIP gate is properly staffed for all home games.

c. Provide monthly reports to the board on ticket sales

12 Team Meal Coordinator

a Secure vendors for donations for team meals

b Coordinate with head coach for team meal needs

c. Maintain inventory and coordinate purchases with Executive Board

d. Keep the Executive Board apprised of the status of upcoming team meals and communicate weekly of outstanding needs and funds needed

e Accountable for staying within TDC specified budget

13. Camps Coordinator

a. Coordinate with head coach for team snacks and water

14. Team Parents (2-3 per level as needed; Freshman, JV and Var)

a Stay up to date on TDC activities

b. Liaison between parents and TDC

c. Assist with Blast photo and video
