Aida fabric is the support required for best results, and our interviewee comments that “we manufacture five versions of this product”.
Five lines The fabric is sold in bolts of 10 and 20 metres, the former being the most widely required by clients. The five versions are: Aida 2.5 – 100% cotton (white and ivory) Aida 5.5- 100% cotton (white, ivory, natural, beige, mink, salmon, pink, light blue, yellow, light green, dark green, navy blue, red, black, orange) Aida 5.5 – 50% polyester – 50% cotton (white, ivory) Aida 5.5- Polyester – linen/cotton (rustic) Aida 7.2 – 100% cotton (white and ivory) Canvas kits, awakening interest I’ve been told you manufacture canvas kits at your own factory, for embroidery projects. Is this so? Our interviewee replies, “Yes, that’s right.We make print canvas for embroidery projects. Kits include the needle, floss and instructions, or print canvas in sheets for those who prefer floss by other brands”. Four styles J. Roselló’s print canvas for embroidery is exclusively designed, and patterns vary: animals, landscapes, people. Different sizes are also available, with patterns for kids in the smallest versions: 12 x 12 cm (for children) 15 x 20 cm (for grownups) 20 x 30 cm (for grownups) 30 x 40 cm (for grownups) Manufacturing products for third-party brands Does J. Roselló manufacture products for third-party brands? Those we do not find in the company’s collection? “We can adapt to clients’ requests, at all times.We can manufacture the patterns and sizes they want”, our interviewee replies.What if clients want kits to be marketed by their own brand? “There is no problem at all.We can make them, with clients’ patterns and brands.We serve clients and are pleased to meet their every need”, Ma. Carmen Roselló explains.
Interlining, as well “We also manufacture interlining fabrics, iron-on interlinings 100% cotton in white and black, in 25 or 50 mt. bolts, and 100% linen or linen mixture embroidery fabrics. Also, 100% cotton Etamina”, our interviewee comments. We confirm that this company’s product range is varied and extensive, and that they can meet the needs of all in the needlework and crafts sector. Products are entirely manufactured in Spain, and this guarantees excellent quality. J. Roselló Cano markets products also in France and Belgium.
