A 2-hour virtual masterclass exploring the concepts, frameworks, and tools that allow faster, smarter, data-driven decisionmaking for greater business impact.

Human System: Agility Culture & Power of Purpose
A 2-hour virtual masterclass exploring the power of purpose and concepts and frameworks to build more agility into the organization’s culture and lead agile teams.
Outcomes:
• Deep dive into the main concepts and frameworks.
• Explore practical applications within BI’s business context.
• Allow leaders to gain insights on how to embed the tools and frameworks into their respective areas and leadership practice.
Four 1.5-hour, virtual coach-led sessions, facilitated by experienced coaches that will allow participants to review and embed key learnings from the core journey. The main aim is to create a supportive environment where individuals can learn from each other, share experiences, and receive guidance from the coach. Furthermore, the sessions should encourage leaders to challenge themselves and put learnings into practice and thereby contributing to their ongoing development.
The first session will be delivered after the virtual program launch and the subsequent sessions will take place after the core events.
Using Kim Scott’s Radical Candor as a framework for these conversations, leaders will practice powerful listening (as a way of ‘tuning in’ to what’s important) and asking thoughtful questions.
Beyond additional learning opportunity and sensemaking presented within the pod-coaching sessions, they will also provide a chance for participants to foster collaboration across functions and business units and deepen their network.
Outcomes:
1. Sensemaking: the pod coaching sessions will allow participants a safe space to break down the main concepts and frameworks into actionable steps, helping them enhance their leadership skills and performance.
2. Encouraging self-reflection: to support participants to reflect on their own mindset and behavioral shifts, helping them identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for personal, team, and business growth.
3. Building relationships and accountability: to aid participants in building stronger relationships with their peers, encourage cross-functional collaboration, learn from each other and hold one another accountable, leading to stronger networks and better business outcomes.
4. Addressing challenges: to help identify and resolve challenges that may be hindering their performance. This may include addressing conflicts, overcoming obstacles and barriers, and developing strategies for driving change.

A self-lead, online course designed by world leaders in Human, Organizational, and Market thinking, offering practical approaches and techniques that you can implement to successfully lead in a VUCA environment.
9 self-paced modules (45-60 minutes each) – within each module, a variety of content is provided to help you explore, practice, and apply new techniques and thinking to your work.
To “graduate” from your Connectivity Program, you must complete the full BSA course before we meet for Module 2.
