Nick Holley Program Facilitator

Nick has deep expertise in leadership as a practitioner (he was Partner in charge of learning at Arthur Andersen for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa and Director of Global People Development at Vodafone), as a researcher (he was a professor at Henley Business School) and as an educator, coach and consultant. In the last 18 years Nick has delivered leadership development programs and done consulting work with 150 organizations in 42 countries including facilitating the connectivity programme since 2020.

Mariano Tufro Program Facilitator

Mariano Global specialist in senior leadership development, talent management, executive coaching, high-performing leadership teams, and technology of leadership.

His topics of expertise are agile leadership, mindful leadership, regional and global collaboration, systemic thinking, and leading in complexity.

More than 21 years in several bluechip companies. He is also a guest lecturer on Executive Coaching at Birkbeck College, University of London.

Victoria Crawley-Wise Managing Director

Victoria is a Managing Director in Duke CE’s Europe office. She is passionate about learning, particularly about bringing digital, experiential and innovation into the executive education space.

Victoria is an experienced learning architect who has scoped, designed, delivered and evaluated blended learning, reaching over 1 million people. She has facilitated more than 200 workshops (both in-person and virtually) ranging from half-day to 5day programs.

Prenisha Naicker Program Manager

As a Program Manager, Prenisha works closely with key stakeholders to coordinate, and design customized educational experiences and generate innovative solutions for Duke CE’s clients.

Prenisha has a background in the education and training sector as well as development sectors. Her background is further enhanced by her extensive experience and knowledge on gender development within the South African environment and abroad.

An interactive session supported by the Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre and a panel of startup founders, exploring industryadjacent applications of entrepreneurship, competitiveness, innovation, and accelerated growth.

Doing Business Sustainably

Building on previous sessions, including the morning’s work in global health innovation, we focus in on BI’s Sustainable Development for Generations in the context of the global Sustainable Development Goals to explore how BI can be a bold and successful player globally, including in emerging and frontier markets.

Overview

A self-lead, online course designed by world leaders in Human, Organizational, and Market thinking, offering practical approaches and techniques that you can implement to successfully lead in a VUCA environment.

Structure

9 self-paced modules (45-60 minutes each) –within each module, a variety of content is provided to help you explore, practice, and apply new techniques and thinking to your work.

Completion

To “graduate” from your Connectivity Program, you must complete the full BSA course before we meet for Module 2.
