Duke Corporate Education (Duke CE) is the premier global provider of leadership development and are a blend of a business and university. Nick has deep expertise in leadership as a practitioner (he was Partner in charge of learning at Arthur Andersen for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa and Director of Global People Development at Vodafone), as a researcher (he was a professor at Henley Business School) and as an educator, coach and consultant. In the last 18 years Nick has delivered leadership development programs and done consulting work with 150 organizations in 42 countries including facilitating the connectivity programme since 2020.
Mariano Global specialist in senior leadership development, talent management, executive coaching, high-performing leadership teams, and technology of leadership.
His topics of expertise are agile leadership, mindful leadership, regional and global collaboration, systemic thinking, and leading in complexity.
More than 21 years in several bluechip companies. He is also a guest lecturer on Executive Coaching at Birkbeck College, University of London.
Victoria is a Managing Director in Duke CE’s Europe office. She is passionate about learning, particularly about bringing digital, experiential and innovation into the executive education space.
Victoria is an experienced learning architect who has scoped, designed, delivered and evaluated blended learning, reaching over 1 million people. She has facilitated more than 200 workshops (both in-person and virtually) ranging from half-day to 5day programs.
As a Program Manager, Prenisha works closely with key stakeholders to coordinate, and design customized educational experiences and generate innovative solutions for Duke CE’s clients.
Prenisha has a background in the education and training sector as well as development sectors. Her background is further enhanced by her extensive experience and knowledge on gender development within the South African environment and abroad.
This design framework facilitates the learning experience aimed at empowering leaders to cultivate a growth mindset, thereby driving the advancement of BI's Path to 2035 and beyond by enhancing competitiveness and fostering innovation.

The program focuses on creating self-aware, motivated leaders who are accountable for leading the business with adaptive leadership that develops our people and connects our communities to achieve BI’s vision and purpose. (1) Virtual Pod-Coaching sessions will take place on either of the days listed above – the exact date and timeslot will be confirmed once the pods/groups have been formed.
(2) Each Masterclass will be offered live in the morning and afternoon – as per dates and times listed above – as well as being recorded to allow participants to re-watch and/or catch up on missed content.

This practical workshop will explore leadership mindset and frameworks that support innovation and drive critical thinking and decision-making within BI’s context.
An interactive workshop led by the Duke Global Heath Innovation Centre, exploring accelerating innovative science that builds sustainable growth.
A tailored immersive experience with all the critical leadership skills in the development focus areas.
Leading the Innovative Organization
An interactive session supported by the Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre and a panel of startup founders, exploring industryadjacent applications of entrepreneurship, competitiveness, innovation, and accelerated growth.
Building on previous sessions, including the morning’s work in global health innovation, we focus in on BI’s Sustainable Development for Generations in the context of the global Sustainable Development Goals to explore how BI can be a bold and successful player globally, including in emerging and frontier markets.

Overview
A self-lead, online course designed by world leaders in Human, Organizational, and Market thinking, offering practical approaches and techniques that you can implement to successfully lead in a VUCA environment.
Structure
9 self-paced modules (45-60 minutes each) –within each module, a variety of content is provided to help you explore, practice, and apply new techniques and thinking to your work.
Completion
To “graduate” from your Connectivity Program, you must complete the full BSA course before we meet for Module 2.
