Premier Care
NEWSLETTER Lynns’s Care Journey... Lynn has worked at Premier Care for 10 years, before becoming a carer she worked in a factory. Recalling her first run as a carer she says she was petrified and after her call she went home and cried. Now she says ‘I love it, the people and the clients’.
10 YEAR WORK ANNIVERSARIES We recently invited some of our long serving staff to the office to celebrate their time with us and give our thanks for their years of dedication and fantastic work in care.
Jo’s Care Journey... Jo has always worked in the care industry, previously working in nursing homes she has extensive experience in care. When she first started as a domiciliary carer with another company she left after 3 days, experiencing a poor work environment. Seeing an ad in the paper, she called Premier Care and soon started. When Jo first started, Premier Care was just a mobile office in a back garden and only had a few carers. Jo says she’s impressed with how the company has progressed and adapted over the years.
Jo’s caring personality means that she finds her work as a carer rewarding. ‘I like caring for people and being out and about meeting people, I couldn’t work in an office all day’. Jo has gotten to know a lot of service users over the years, having had some clients on her calls for around 10 years. We cannot thank Jo enough for the care she has provided over the years and for her commitment to care, and to Premier Care. To reward her for her time with Premier Care we have given Jo a £100 Tesco voucher.
