National connection. Local transformation.

“Thank you so much for speaking out on behalf of who we are and the work we do daily in our local communities. It is an honour to continue to serve our friends and neighbors with the options support and the many other forms of support services we offer to our communities.

We stand in full agreement with your words and are so blessed to be affiliated with PCC.

Ruth,

Centre Executive Director (Ontario)

Dear Friend,

As you read this report, please know how deeply grateful I am for your partnership. Your generosity and support make this ministry possible.

2024 was a year of clarifying our purpose, strengthening our focus, and standing firm in the face of ongoing pressures. The political challenges have strengthened our resolve and reinforced our commitment. Although there have been efforts to remove our charitable status and diminish the work of local pregnancy care centres, we are seeing the opposite. There is a growing openness to the validity and importance of this work. More communities are expressing interest in opening a centre and learning how to better respond to the needs surrounding unexpected pregnancies.

Looking ahead, our Pregnancy Care Canada team is set to expand in 2025! This will increase our capacity and expertise in vital areas. Your support is making it possible to develop new resources and training to better support our affiliated centres. Our virtual training courses are serving a network of centres spread across our vast nation. As well, our online presence is growing through increased social media engagement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ), helping reach individuals searching for hope online.

Thank you for standing with us in these life-giving efforts—so that any individual impacted by an unexpected pregnancy has access to accurate information and compassionate, gracefilled support.

Without you, we couldn’t do this work. With you, we confidently step into 2025 anchored in our hope, Jesus Christ. Together, may we continue to support communities and pregnancy care centres across Canada with the leadership and resources required to do their work with excellence.

With gratitude,

“It’s been a year since we started as a Registered Developing Centre, and wow, what a journey! I’m so grateful for Pregnancy Care Canada’s support through every high and low. We never felt pushed to rush things, but PCC was right there with the help we needed whenever things picked up.

Our community event in March was a huge hit, showing just how much support we have from everyone. God willing, we’re gearing up to open our space this September! We’re excited to see how God will work through us to meet the needs of our community.

The issue of life is the greatest moral question of our day. God has said that each one of us is His unique creation, and all life belongs to Him. Working with this ministry is a gift from God. Pregnancy care centre staff and volunteers need our encouragement and support, and PCC provides this. Together – PCC, the centres, and those who support this work – we are following God’s heart with love and compassion.

Doug Blair

Pregnancy Care Canada is instrumental in equipping our centres with training and client resources that are professional, true, caring, and ethical. In addition, their centre development training and board training is top-notch. It is a weight off the shoulders of centre directors to have a national organization that operates with integrity and excellence. As a network of centres across the country, we are strengthened by their support.

Norma Cody

Serving as a Pregnancy Care Canada board member has given me a purpose in life and brought joy to my heart. Everyone who participates in this ministry, whether a supporter, staff, volunteer, or client, experiences the love of Jesus and leaves a legacy of love and life for generations to come. For the love of family and children, you can make a real difference in this world.

Terry Hall

PREGNANCY CARE CENTRES

“I have been working at our centre for almost 18 years, 10 of those years as the Executive Director. I love my job, and that’s why I have stayed there so long. What do I love most about it?

I love watching God move…in the lives of our clients, volunteers, staff, board, and all the little details of the centre. This past year was a record-breaking year for us regarding client numbers. Over the last five years, we have almost quadrupled the number of client visits! I believe there are a couple of reasons for this.

First, it is God’s faithfulness. God is expanding our borders by increasing our reputation in the community. We get referrals from other community agencies, doctors’ offices, and the hospital. I believe this is a result of being faithful in the work we do—providing excellent care to those experiencing an unexpected pregnancy with the love of Christ.

Secondly, it is because of you! We could not do what we do without the support of individuals like you who believe in this work. You might be thinking, “But I don’t support your centre; I support Pregnancy Care Canada (PCC).”

That’s true, but when you support PCC, you are supporting us.

We are so blessed to be part of PCC because their training and resources have strengthened us and made us better. Because of the equipping we have received from PCC, our clients receive excellent care and service. Because we offer excellent care, people want to refer their friends and family to us, which increases the number of women, men, and families we help.

Thank you for supporting Pregnancy Care Canada. Your support is changing lives.

I had an unplanned pregnancy and was dealing with a drug addiction. I had little support at the time and was in a very bad relationship. My mom found out about the pregnancy care centre and I started meeting with the ladies there. I joined the moms group.

I had nothing but a positive impact from my experience at the centre. They helped me get into rehab. They helped me change my life around for the better. I don’t want to think about where I would be if I hadn’t had the support of the centre.

I was so scared when I went there but I almost instantly felt the love and support of the women that worked there. I felt safe. I was able to trust these women and they have never let me down. Not a lot of places go the distance like that and support people for the long term.

The pregnancy centre gave me my whole life back and more than I could ever imagine. Anybody who says pregnancy care centres don’t help people and don’t make a difference have no idea what they’re talking about. Pregnancy care centres give people support when they have none. They give family when you need it most.

My mentor provided “on the job” training that I was able to use to inform my daily work and interactions with my centre’s board. It helped me gain confidence in carrying out my role as Executive Director, giving me someone to refer to for guidance.
