The first level is designated for retail spaces, providing a vibrant street-level experience for shoppers and pedestrians. The second through eighth floors are dedicated to residential units, offering a range of apartment layouts.

The design integrates contemporary architectural elements with functional spaces, catering to urban living needs. “CASA SAN PANCHO” Location: San Pancho, Jalisco, Mexico Building Type: Residential Architectural Style: Minimalist, aesthetic Architechture The project depicted in the images is a modern beach house located in San Pancho, Jalisco. This architectural marvel is designed with a minimalist aesthetic, featuring clean lines and a harmonious integration with the natural surroundings. The exterior facade is characterized by its sleek white walls, large glass windows, and strategic use of vegetation to enhance privacy and aesthetics. “CASA TEPIC” Location: Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico Building Type: Residential Architectural Style: Minimalist, aesthetic Architechture The interior of the house is characterized by its expansive open-plan layout, which fosters a fluid connection between the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide an unobstructed view of the lush outdoor garden, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience. The use of neutral tones and natural materials throughout the space enhances the sense of tranquility and spaciousness.

The exterior of the residence is a testament to modern architectural principles, featuring clean lines, geometric shapes, and a pristine white facade.
