It led us to create Preciosa’s Signature Designs which are highlighted by countless customization possibilities to perfectly fit the owner’s desires.
What makes a Signature Design so strategic is the variations that can be developed. Each concept offers different scales, compositions, colours, materials and surface finishes, construction principles and illumination methods.
Signature Designs enrich the vignette of a space to create unexpected emotions that become etched in people’s memories. This is the highest level of chandelier cultivation - to create connecting experiences through light.
Pearl Curtain
The Pearl Curtain concept is inspired by the rich draping of curtains in formal spaces. The gentle movement of textile is translated into soft waves of vertical component groups that are best viewed from the side. Similar to curtains, the design allows for the “layering” of colours or materials. Chandeliers are often confined to the ceiling. This concept could also motivate designers to stretch a chandelier from the ceiling all the way to the floor and use it like a curtain to define different zones within one space.

INJECTED LIGHT PASSING LIGHT Injected
INJECTED LIGHT
Injected light is the recommended illumination option. The LED chip is located in the bottom handcrafted Triplex Opal Pearl. This Preciosa signature material is used due to its perfect diffusing property which creates an evenly illuminated surface with a gentle glow, and makes the pearl stand out from the installation. Pearl Curtain can be treated with several light temperatures. Dynamic or RGBW light can also be added.
FUNCTIONAL LIGHT
Passing Light can be a great solution in specific projects. It creates an attractive refraction of light and gives the top components pleasant reflections and brightness. Well-positioned passing lighting as downlights can also give the fixture functional lighting capabilities. In some cases it might be also beneficial to combine injected and passing light.
