Full Day Camps CAMP WHATCHAMACALLIT

Age 6-12 with Recreation Staff ***NEW! Camp Whatchamacallit will now provide daily lunches. Lunch menus will be sent home prior to the start of each camp week.*** What do you call a camp that has everything? We couldn’t think of a name either! Whatchamacallit has something for kids looking for a fun and safe place to spend their summer in the Shores. Activities include a weekly field trip, special events, sports, team building, and arts and crafts. Kids will go swimming at Herkner Pool in Redwood City on Tuesdays and field trips will be on Wednesdays. Please send camper with applied sunscreen and appropriate sneakers. Inventor’s Workshop: If you can think it, you can create it! Join us for some hands on creativity where the imagination has no limits!

Pirate Palooza: Ahoy Mateys! Let’s sail the seven seas of creativity! Campers will make their own treasure maps, embark on group scavenger hunts, and construct 6/27-7/1 their very own replica pirate ships out of recycled materials. Yo ho, Yo ho- a pirate’s life for me!

Movin’ and Groovin’: Clap your hands, stomp your feet and come move and groove at Camp Whatchamacallit this week! Campers will use recycled materials to make their own musical instruments, play fun games that will have them singing and dancing to the beat!

Whatchamacallit Classics: A little bit of everything all jam packed into five days of colossal fun! Whether campers are playing Jedi, Max Ball or Laser Tag, this week 7/11-7/15 is guaranteed to be a blast!

Awesome Animal Adventures: Attention animal lovers! Let’s explore the animal kingdom and everything in it. From birds of a feather to furry friends, we’ll learn all about them!

Summer Olympians: In the spirit of the Summer Olympics, get ready for action packed challenges that will put your skill level to the test! We’ll put a fun spin on some traditional Olympic Games and end the week with an awesome award ceremony!

Stupendous Science: Now is your chance to explore everything around you! We’ll participate in awesome science experiments, make our own gooey concoctions 8/1-8/5 and end the week with a trip out to the tide pools for some hands on exploration.
