DISABILITY RETIREMENT 2. WITHDRAWAL OF ALL FUNDS DUE TO LIFE THREATENING AND MURDEROUS CIRCUMSTNCES 3. IMPROPER PRIOR SERVICE CREDITING AND THE DUTY TO CORRECT SUCH 4. REMOVAL OF INTEREST ON A TEACHERS RETIREMENT LOAN DUE TO CRIME VICTIM PROTECTION EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES I have not received any of the information. Foremost, I sought and seek the retirement disability application and all related information regarding injuries incurred and induced in the workplace. I explained in my last letter and submitted verifying information, that I am a disabled crime victim due to workplace crimes induced on me in Hempstead and Yonkers Public Schools. I requested information on the rights of the disabled with respect to continued unregulated interest on a loan I was criminally not allowed to pay by a ruthless and vindictive income blacklisting that has induced disability on me. 1
