Immediately after filing the above complaint emphasizing HRA multiple schemes to criminally defraud me out of money and benefits worked for and engagement in conduct likely to result in death and serious injury, HRA escalated the crimes.

HRA viciously and vindictively sent me the attached additional escalated Offenses Involving False Written Statements. Please see exhibits 1 to 6.

Exhibit 1 is a eugenic document, meaning, an unwarranted and malicious enjoinment of the medical field in my life for criminal purposes of control. Exhibit 1 is a HRA medical solicitation false instrument being used to criminally threaten properties, specifically money and benefits due for working. This HRA letter is criminally being used to further threaten HRA money and benefits worked for via the Family Assessment Program/WEP Exemption program.

Please understand that HRA has provisions for people to work and take care of a disabled family member. I met the requirements for the program. Please see exhibits 7 -10. Instead of paying me the transportation money entitled and guaranteed to work, HRA is being used to criminally threaten money I worked for under the disguise of a falsified business record. Exhibit 1, HRA’s attached scheme to defraud Medical Provider Appointment letter exemplifies false and fraudulent pretenses, presentation, and representations. The HRA medical solicitation letter/instrument engages in a scheme constituting a systematic ongoing course of conduct with intent to defraud and to criminally withhold property, specifically money worked for, from me by false, fraudulent pretenses and representations. This criminal letter is maliciously, criminally, and recklessly alleging a mandated Medical Provider Appointment, when in fact it is a scheme to defraud one into a criminal, unwarranted, non-probable cause, malicious, and deceptive medical assessment for doing everything required to do to earn transportation monies for elder care work under HRA’s Family Assessment Program.

Engagement in corrupt conduct of this magnitude epitomizes criminal insanity in involving me with unknown doctors because I meet the requirements for monies under the WEP Exemption elder care program. This scheme to defraud is being used to attempt to stop me from working as an eldercare worker, and exemplifies the magnitude of corruption and master deception programming.

The scheme to defraud is exemplified in the title of the letter which has nothing to do with the non-consented, unauthorized, and unwarranted medical assessment solicitation and undermine.

The false pretenses in the letter are self-evident and illustrate a clear, reckless and malicious scheme to defraud. Above all, this letter epitomizes intellectual envy and abuse of authority inflicted on me for meeting all of the requirements to work as an HRA eldercare worker via the WEP Exemption program.

These racist, past practiced hate and scheme to defraud crimes are being replicated and were criminally inflicted in every place of professional employment I have ever had. All income due me has been stolen via these criminally insane unregulated law department led scheme to defraud and engagement in conduct likely to result in death and serious injury crimes. These crimes were inflicted on me despite having exemplary work commendations, accomplishments, and history. I seek the arrest of these stalking, scheme to defraud, and attempted murder crimes.

I have a post graduate license in education administration and over 23 years of exemplary work experience in education. I have never had a bad rating. Yet, these law department led scheme to defraud and theft of all monies worked for crimes were and are still prioritized.

As exemplified in the above linked reports, I have worked professionally all of my life and have earned commendations and accomplishments above average. These regional killer eugenicists have targeted me for destruction out of criminal insanity, envy, and a false phenomenon of supremacy.

Exhibit 1 shows the criminal insanity in targeting me for meeting all of the requirements for elder care work and using my meeting of all the requirements to maliciously injure and sabotage my name by involving me in a criminal medical scheme to defraud. The fraud is in the false pretense of appearing to be an appointment to select a medical provider, when in reality it is a criminal, unauthorized, master deception, appointment for a medical assessment, when there is no good faith or lawful reason for such. This exhibit meets every penal code above and exemplifies criminal engagement in conduct likely to result in serious injury.

This is another false presentation. This false instrument filing is called unconscionable contracting.

Unconscionable contracting is a crime. It is used to criminally create a contract with an entity to harm the entity. Exhibit 2 shows that HRA has been criminally used to criminally create an unconscionable and nonexistent contract with the Bronx Housing court. I have no matter in the Housing Court. I have no contract with the housing court. Regional Killers Jonathan Lippman and Boyden Gray are not my landlords; consequently there is no reason for the enjoinment of the housing court in this matter.

There is no standing, no joinder, no novation contracting, and no jurisdiction. Yet, HRA created out of thin air a fraud based rental check for the courts, instead of my landlord pursuant to the current standing rental lease I submitted.
