I am the daughter of Mazarine Levy-Snyder. This morning I witnessed NYCHA Ravenswood management harassment of my mother by banging on her door uncontrollably and in a very intimating fashion. My mother is 84 years old and should not be treated this way. Ravensood management members could have called my mother, could have written her, they did not have to try to intimidate her by coming to her home banging on her door and insisting on ignoring her grievance as noted below and in the NYCHA US mail return receipts. 1
