I write this letter with respect to a most needed investigation into the criminally insane eugenic Targeted Individual assassination program. The crimes have escalated and I seek an end to this murder program before another innocent person is killed.

My life has been obstructed beyond words since I was criminally put into this criminally insane, covert, and eugenic killing program. I have titled this program: CAN YOU PROVE IT, WHILE I KILL YOU. I call it such because every aspect of the crimes and eugenic killings in this program are based on Can You Prove It, plausible deniability and third party enjoinments.

The Targeted Individual Program (TI) program is a eugenic, revenge for hire, assassination

program that is based on pure criminally insane, eugenic killings, torture and terrorism.

Based on my research and experience with this program, Targeted Individuals are put in this program for a variety of criminal reasons. These reasons include: eugenics under the disguise of non-consented human research experimentation, bloodline, envy, and or whistleblower.

Many TI’s I have met were inducted into this eugenic assassination program through non consented human research experimentation. This means that innocent people went to different doctor’s offices and were defrauded via chipping, implant, and or deadly injection. They were thereafter stalked, tracked and or tortured. Most TI’s torture and or targeting began after some type of medical contact and or in retaliation to filing some type of complaint regarding lawlessness.

Another reason people are put in this deadly program is because of bloodline. Many TI’s I have met, including myself have RH Negative blood. This blood cannot be replicated in a laboratory. Other types of blood can be replicated in laboratories. The eugenicists are monitoring and trying to eliminate this type bloodline.

Another reason people are put in this deadly program, is because of envy. I say envy because many TI’s I have met are experts in their field of specialty. They are blessed with God given skills that have identified them as above average. Eugenicists resent God2

given talents and skills and have used this program to attempt to destroy God-given and utilized skills.

Other TIs I have met are whistleblowers or people who filed successful complaints about lawlessness they have encountered. After filing such complaints, they have become targeted and a victim to disabled public protection laws and offices.

With respect to my situation, I have been targeted for destruction via the above noted eugenicists and criminals working in key regional governance positions in government. I have filed several needed law suits, unraveled a documented judicial and lawyer crime ring and became a repeated legal abuse syndrome Targeted Individual.

The criminal insanity and terrorism from this Targeted Individual program began to surface around the 1990’s. I filed an employment related discrimination complaint and sued an attorney and won. This caused me to be identified by the above noted lawyer and judicial organized crime assassination cult which specializes in eugenics. During the above time frame, the judge and lawyer crime ring members had deadly dual lives and worked covertly out of the University of Rochester Medical Center. After filing needed complaints documenting lawlessness infiltrations and winning the lawyer law suit, I was criminally placed in the Targeted Individual program. In this program, the crimes are ordered via criminal usurpations over law departments. Public protection offices are disabled and used to advance the destruction of innocent people by not providing victim protection services they get funds for.

The cult members usurp power over government offices by law departments. Innocent people are blacklisted, specifically, not allowed to work or earn any money no matter how needed their qualifications and expertise are and no matter how exemplary their work record is. Criminals who get out of jail are allowed to work and earn income, not Targeted Individuals. I have been criminally income blacklisted for over six years right after suing a teachers union, winning and filing complaints regarding criminal practices in the court system. I became a job mobbing Targeted Individual right after documenting the below noted attempted murder and human research experimentation plot to kill that God rescued me from.

I have a post graduate license in education administration and a Master of Science degree in TESOL. I am bilingual. I read, write and speak English and Spanish proficiently.

Teaching English as a Second Language is a highly needed skill. Yet I am criminally not allowed to work or earn any income in retaliation to unraveling the above noted and documented eugenic judicial crime ring. I was job mobbed repeatedly via law department obstruction of the rule of law ordering.

I worked for over 23 years and earned exemplary ratings. After I earned my post graduate license, my income was repeatedly criminally lynched in every job I have had. I filed law suits against the repeated law department led job mobbing and income lynching’s and became income blacklisted. Since whistleblowing, specifically unraveling and identifying the judicial crime ring member names, the crimes escalated to a bonafide covert assassination plan. I have been victimized by unregulated workplace attempted murders, electronic torture, racketeer and corruption, union and district breach of contract, legal abuse, aggravated harassment, income lynching, income stalking, apartment vandalism, disablement of all public protection laws and offices, ruthless and deadly fraud based discrediting campaigns, organized stalking and income blacklisting. This is a summary of the inflicted legal abuse and attempted murder crimes inflicted on me in retaliation to identifying key members in the below documented New York State judicial and lawyer crime ring.

I unraveled the crime member’s identification by researching the constant law department led crimes inflicted in my life. Additionally, I wanted to know why and how the judiciary was used to destroy me. Judicial disregard of evidence and obstruction of established statutory tenure laws was the criminal formula used to financially assassinate my career.

The judiciary was used to condone job mobbing, advance income lynching, disregard repeated wrongful terminations, obstruct tenure laws, make me homeless, and enforced criminal debt collection practices. Once this happened I had to find the seed to the judicial lawlessness and it was found in the NYS Chief Judge and deadly eugenicist Jonathan Lippman. Please see the reference section.

In summary, I sued 2 school districts and unions over law department led crimes, specifically earned and entitled statutory tenure. I sued these institutions because law departments were used to direct an assault on my life and wages. I was targeted and wrongfully exterminated out of my profession because I was identified by this eugenic and satanic judicially led organized crime ring. The organized crime members each have top positions in government while covertly having a conflict of interest deadly dual life in eugenics and deadly pathogen administration.

This NYS crime ring includes the NYS Chief Judge, Jonathan Lippman who is also a deadly pathogen administrator, a Washington DC defraud lawyer, Boyden Gray who has progressed from a serial killer to a regional killer, and the Rochester New York Teachers Association Union President, who is a Sleep Laboratory Researcher. He specializes in sleep research and induced trauma. His job is to get the target in the hospital. The defraud judge and the lawyer, they designate the deadly pathogen administration via law department ordered hospital administration.

This judicially led hit team practiced this criminally insane eugenic program out of the University of Rochester Medical Center for years. Since unregulated, they have expanded their disguised killing, eugenics based program, globally. The judge uses his top position to usurp control over regional law departments. Law departments are used to order lower level assassination and neutralization plots. This is how innocent people/targets are killed in the hospital and this is how targets are blacklisted. The crimes come from the law departments ordering.

I came across this satanic crime ring/cult from Rochester New York. I was working on my education leadership degree and was a teacher representative. I had filed a discriminatory impact complaint regarding the Rochester City School District Major Achievement program.

The union president and eugenicist, Adam Urbanski is a control psychopath. He resented the filing of the discrimination complaint and he despised teachers using independent thinking and leadership skills. He put a hit on me. Immediately thereafter, I became a victim of electronic torture, LSD poisoning, and sleep research.

Adam Urbanski, the union president is connected to the NYS Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman and Boyden Gray, two documented criminally insane eugenicists and lawyers. They all worked eugenically and covertly out of the University of Rochester Medical Center. This medical center was used as a eugenic training ground specializing in the criminal usurpation of hospital administration for hit man services.

I had also sued a lawyer in small claims court and won and had met another one of their partners, the Rochester Bar Association Grievance Counselor President. His name is Daniel Labowitz.

This is an unregulated, regional, satanic cult that must be stopped. The union settled on the matter acknowledging that the school district used the workplace to try to kill me. Since unraveling these crime ring members’ identities, I have been targeted for assassination. I have been job mobbed repetitiously. When I was working, I was hit with invisible weapons called directed energy weapons. This was done to try to make me eugenically lose my job and to try to induce me in the hospital, for their premeditated eugenic murder, but God! Since unraveling this crime ring and successfully forcing a settlement from the NYS Teachers union law department, I have been targeted for destruction. I have been criminally blacklisted. I have not been allowed to work or earn any income.

Consistent with other professional Targeted Individual stories, I have been criminally blacklisted, tortured, legally abused, exploited, lawlessly surveiled and stalked, terrorized, maliciously slandered, and financially destroyed via law department led organized crime.

But God! The judiciary has been used to harm me, there is no reason why the workplace was used to try to kill me and the judicial system ignored these documented crimes. The world needs to know about these crimes.

In addition to the judiciary being disabled, public protection offices like the NYS crime victim office, the DA, the Attorney General’s office, Congressmen’s office and any and all public protection offices are not working to do anything to stop the Targeted Individual assassination program. Targeted Individuals are targeted differently, but the script is the same. Please note my father was eugenically killed too. He was gassed until a respiratory condition was inflicted. He never smoked, never had a respiratory problem, and was a NYC Health Inspector. He was induced into the hospital for food poisoning and came out of the hospital with a respiratory problem he did not go in the hospital with. At present, the above name aligned satanic and eugenic cult is terrorizing and again attempting to kill my elderly mother and me. My elderly mother who has never had a respiratory and or bronchial problem is inflicted with Can You Prove It, While I Kill You respiratory problems. She has been victimized by sleep research. Her sleep patterns are no longer controllable by her. Many nights she wants to sleep, yet cannot and medication cannot help.

Sleep deprivation is used to put her in some type of Zombie state. Thereafter she is programmed. Her home has been vandalized several times. Vandalism reports were criminally denied. She has made complaints of such and of continuous gas leaks and air infestations. She has done nothing to be put in this program.
