RE: SNYDER –V- ISSAC PERRY ETAL., 14 CV 2090, HAND DELIVERED Dear Chief Judge Amon: I write this second letter regarding the IFP service of the above noted verified complaint to Issac Perry and John Rhea. I am unclear as to the reason why they have not been served via the approved IFP status and or the Sheriff Department that served the Corporation. I do not want my case sabotaged due to service and communication issues I have had nothing to do with.

To this end, I am asking you for a written reason for the non-service.

I believe they should have been served and can be served at the same address the corporation was served which is: New York City Housing Authority 250 Broadway New York, New York 10007 This information was submitted with my Verified complaint posted at: http://issuu.com/miriamsnyder/docs/complete_file__nycha_law_suit_march?e=4392023/7708276 Also, I am concerned with the pace of this case. I have been wronged. I am elderly and I believe justice is being delayed unnecessarily, as if your office is waiting for me to die. I am 87 years old.

To prevent further communications problems, could you please let me know immediately the status of the service noted above and if there is anything I can do to facilitate proper service and the expeditious movement of this case, as justice is sought to remedy the many indisputable atrocities inflicted on me, expeditiously.

Also, please note the record, I find your Magistrate’s report dated February 4, 2015, offensive, confrontational, loaded with lies, unethical, prejudicial, nonproductive and unwarranted. I did not bring my case to this court for purposes of harassment. I will write my objections to this harassment and waste of judicial resources accordingly.

However, I respectfully request that you Order Magistrate Reyes or anyone lawlessly usurping his authority, to refrain from acting as attorney and witness for the Defendants and while doing such, obstructing Federal Rules of Evidence 602 and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 56(c) (4).

I respectfully request that you Order Magistrate Reyes to refrain from using the recommendation and report writing forum and any part of the judicial process for purposes of harassment and the appearance of impropriety. Advocating on behalf of the Defendants and use legal abuse to cover up their indisputable crimes against humanity, is terroristic and has caused the Plaintiffs additional emotional distress and unwarranted advancing of the aging process via induced stress.

I resent having to fight off an additional layer of fraud and corruption and particularly from a judicial front. Magistrate Reyes’s malicious, offensive and improper attached report is loaded with lies and issues the defendants have not presented. This type of legal terrorism, bullying, fraud and outright corruption must be made to stop and does not belong in the judiciary. As Chief Judge, you have a duty and the power to stop this. Please do so.

If you believe your association with Jonathan Lippman, is more important than your judicial oath and good faith duty to protect fellow human beings, particularly seniors who have brought to your attention documented elder abuse, harassment, and outright unconstitutional and terroristic search and seizures of their homes, than please let us know now, so judicial resources can be spared and other God created walls of protection can be called in. Please reevaluate the elder abuse crimes inflicted on me documented in the below link pictures attached as exhibits 6-16: http://issuu.com/miriamsnyder/docs/complete_file__nycha_law_suit_march?e=4392023/7708276 There is no reason why my case should be sabotaged through improper service, magistrate pitting, and unduly delays, after being humiliated and assaulted the way I have been by the NYCHA defendants. The use of the judiciary to sabotage cases and further harm victims must be stopped and I believe your office can be a starting point.

Olmstead, 277 U.S 438 (1928). It states the following: Decency, security and liberty alike demand that government officials shall be subjected to the rules of conduct that are commands to the citizen. In a government of laws, existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent omnipresent teacher.

For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for the law, it invites every man to become a law unto himself.

It invites anarchy.

To this end, timely effective communications and your judicial oath binding expertise in handling this matter, in a most ethical, expeditious and proper manner is greatly needed.
