Above all, today, 11/13/2015 I filed a police report regarding the most inhumane torture sessions I have ever seen in my life. My nephew stayed with me for a few days. In these days, 4 days, I watched him tortured over 500 times, morning and night AS NOTED IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTED REMOTE TORTURE RESEACH. The first few nights he was in a hypnotized state, he was being set up to be at home and to just go crazy by punching himself in the face. But he was not home and I stopped the hypnotism and he said auntie I am being set up to look crazy and 3

to be criminally institutionalized under false pretenses aligned with hypnotisms. This was another induced hospitalization plan. I prayed over him and he was tortured over and over again.

Please note today when I reported the crimes, I asked for the police and senate office to contact Boyden Gray, Jonathan Lippman and another criminal researcher I wrote about Gary English and tell them to stop the torture of my nephew, he is almost dead. The torture stopped and is now activated as I am writing.

Also, please note, I have never had a sleep problem. The induced sleep deprivation weapon is now being used on me. This is done to weaken, induce hospitalize, implant, torture, kill, and or criminally institutionalize. These killers have been doing these killings and crimes for years. My nephew was induced in the hospital with this plan, but God! At present, my nephew is treated like an animal. He moans, groans, and every fiber of his body is controlled by involuntary movements. My nephew was not born like this and because he got help now they are trying to kill him, me and my mother. They, Boyden Gray, Jonathan Lippman and Gary English worked or have worked as researchers with the University of Rochester Medical Center.

What they have done to my nephew over the last seven years is unimaginable. He is a gentle young man and they put something in him to create a beast. We were at dinner last week and his remote torture was activated and we had to sit their watch the torture the ringing of his neck almost off his head. I think they are trying to crack his brain open with the torture.

Remember the process to creating half man/half beast began with the induced sleep deprivation trauma placement in the hospital. To this end, I am asking each person reading this letter to please contact the public officials noted above and make these criminals stop these crimes they are well detailed and documented.

I would like to know how many more criminal reports have to be written regarding criminally insane Regional Killer Boyden Gray. He is the leader to this satanic cult and his arrests is needed on behalf of my nephew’s life, mines and my mothers. He is criminally insane and what he has done to my nephew and is continuing, from pedophilia, to rape, requires attention.

I have videotaped this week’s torture session inflicted on my nephew. I have left the camera link open to the public. I cannot witness these torture sessions and not inform the public. Every night my nephew is tortured and I believe raped with the remote torture devices noted in exhibit _____. Regional Killer Boyden Gray’s tormentation of innocent people like my nephew requires prosecution.

They would have hypnotized him to hit someone and be killed. At present, after being left to the hospitals, this 27 year old is tortured to makes animal sounds. In fact, the Bible says that Satan is called the "accuser of the brethren" Gossip often masquerades as "concern" for others. Those who gossip or spread rumors know that it will seem more palatable to you if it is first hidden behind a pretentious expression of concern. "I hate to say anything about this to you, but I'm 'concerned' about so and so." At other times, the gossip will seek you out as a trusted "confidante" to unload his or her "heavy heart" of concerns. "I'm very troubled about so and so, and I don't know who else to talk to about it." In reality, the gossip is not sincerely interested in solving the problem, but only in talking about it -- stirring it up. "A perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends" (Prov.

16:28). A gossip thrives on the negative, the controversial, and the sensational. Any person who is genuinely concerned about solving a problem will privately confront it at its source -- the person concerned.

Sidney Gottlieb (August 3, 1918 – March 7, 1999) was an American military psychiatrist and chemist probably best-known for his involvement with the Central Intelligence Agency's mind control program MKULTRA. 55

Sidney was born in the Bronx under the name Joseph Schneider . He received a Ph.D. in chemistry from the California Institute of Technology. A stutterer from childhood, Gottlieb got a master's degree in speech therapy. He also had a club foot, but this did not stop him from practicing folk dancing, a lifelong passion.

In 1951, Sidney Gottlieb joined the Central Intelligence Agency. As a poison expert, he headed the chemical division of the Technical Services Staff (TSS).

Sidney became known as the "Black Sorcerer" and the "Dirty Trickster". He supervised preparations of lethal poisons and experiments in mind control.

In April 1953 Sidney Gottlieb headed the secret Project MKULTRA which was activated on the order of CIA director Allen Dulles. Gottlieb was known for administration of LSD and other psycho-active drugs to unwitting subjects and for financing psychiatric research and development of "techniques that would crush the human psyche to the point that it would admit anything." He sponsored physicians such as Ewen Cameron and Harris Isbell in controversial psychiatric research that used unwitting humans as guinea pigs. In March 1960, under The Cuban Project, a CIA plan approved by President Eisenhower and under the direction of CIA Directorate for Plans, Richard Bissell, Gottlieb came up with ideas to spray Fidel Castro's television studio with LSD and to saturate Castro's shoes with thallium so that the hair of his beard would fall out. Gottlieb also hatched schemes to assassinate Castro, including the use of a poisoned cigar, a poisoned wetsuit, an exploding conch shell, and a poisonous fountain pen.

He also tried to have Iraq's General Abdul Karim Qassim's handkerchief contaminated with botulinum. Less known was an operation within the CIA's Phoenix Program in Vietnam where a team of CIA psychologists performed 56

Various poisons, including one secreted in a tube of toothpaste, were proffered. The directive had come from the CIA Deputy Chief of Plans Dick Bissell, but Devlin wanted to know if it had originated at a higher level and if so, how high. Project ARTICHOKE was a CIA project that researched interrogation methods and arose from project BLUEBIRD on August 20, 1951. A memorandum by Richard Helms to director Allen Welsh Dulles indicated it became Project MKULTRA on April 20, 1953.

Psychological Operations (PSYOP, PSYOPS) are techniques used by military and police forces to influence a target audience's emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and behavior. Target audiences can be governments, organizations, groups, and individuals, and are used in order to induce confessions, or reinforce attitudes and behaviors favorable to the originator's objectives.

These are sometimes combined with black operations or false flag tactics.

This concept has been used by military institutions throughout history, but it is only since the twentieth century that it has been accorded the organizational and professional status it enjoys now.

In the German Bundeswehr, the Zentrum Operative Information and its subordinate Bataillon f체r Operative Information 950 are responsible for the PSYOP efforts (called Operative Information in German). The term black op has two related meanings: 

"Black operation" which is a type of covert operation. In this context, "black" is a term used in political, military, intelligence, and business circles to refer to activities that are either secret, or of questionable ethics and/or legality.

Black Ops missions often fall into the deniability category, where no government will claim responsibility for the action, or where responsibility is shifted to another actor in the case of a "false flag" operation. Devlin was raised in California and joined the U.S. Army during World War II, rising to the rank of captain.

Gordon Gray (May 30, 1909 – November 26, 1982) was an official in the government of the United States during the administrations of Harry Truman (1945-53) and Dwight Eisenhower (1953-61) associated with defense and national security. Gordon Gray was born in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of Bowman Gray, Sr. and Nathalie Lyons Gray. He was married in 1938 to the former Jane Boyden Craige, and they had four sons: Gordon Gray, Jr., Burton Gray, C. Boyden Gray and Bernard Gray. After Jane's death, Gray married the former Nancy Maguire Beebe. His father and later his brother, Bowman Gray, Jr., both were heads of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.

Gordon graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1930, where he was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. The University presented Gray with an honorary law degree in 1949. He would later serve as president of the University of North Carolina System from 1950-1955.

He began his public life as a lawyer and was elected to the North Carolina General Assembly. Gray's service to the federal government began with his appointment as President Harry S. Truman's assistant secretary of the war in 1947; two years later, he was appointed Secretary of the Army. He served in this post from 1949 until 1950. It was formed on April 4, 1951, during the Truman administration. The board was composed of the Under Secretary of State, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, and the Director of Central Intelligence, or their designated representatives.[1] The board's first director was Gordon Gray, later National Security Advisor during the Eisenhower administration.

Under Eisenhower, the board became a purely coordinating body. It was abolished September 3, 1953 by Executive Order, with its responsibilities being transferred to Operations Coordinating Board.

Psychological Operations (PSYOP, PSYOPS) are techniques used by military and police forces to influence a target audience's emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and behavior. Target audiences can be governments, organizations, groups, and individuals, and are used in order to induce confessions, or reinforce attitudes and behaviors favorable to the originator's objectives. These are sometimes combined with black operations or false flag tactics.

This concept has been used by military institutions throughout history, but it is only since the twentieth century that it has been accorded the organizational and professional status it enjoys now.

In the German Bundeswehr, the Zentrum Operative Information and its subordinate Bataillon f체r Operative Information 950 are responsible for the PSYOP efforts (called Operative Information in German). Both the center and the battalion are subordinate to the new Streitkr채ftebasis (Joint Services Support Command, SKB) and together consist of about 1,200 soldiers specialising in modern communication and media technologies. One project of the German PSYOP forces is the radio station Stimme der Freiheit (Voice of Freedom), heard by thousands of Afghans. Another is publication of various newspapers and magazines in Kosovo and Afghanistan.

[edit] United States Main article: Psychological Operations (United States) The purpose of United States psychological operations (PSYOP) is to induce or reinforce attitudes and behaviours favourable to U.S. objectives. In the United States Department of Defense, dedicated Psychological Operations units exist only in the Army. However, the United States Navy also plans and executes limited PSYOP missions.

Unlike some countries, United States PSYOP units and Soldiers of all branches of the military are prohibited by law from conducting PSYOP missions on domestic audiences. While United States Army PSYOP units may offer non-PSYOP support to domestic military missions, they can only target foreign audiences. However, State Police are known to be trained at military sites in psychological warfare.

Within the U.S. Psychological Operations community, the correct acronym is PSYOP without the "s" at the end, as noted in FM 33-1-1. NATO references will alternately list the capability as PSYOP or PSYOPS, depending on the source's nation of origin.

During the Waco Siege, the FBI and BATF conducted psychological operations on the men, women and children inside the Mount Carmel complex. This included using loud speakers to play sounds of animals being slaughtered, drilling noises and clips from talk shows about how David Koresh was much hated. In addition, very bright, flashing lights were used at night.

Psychological warfare could be considered a type of unconventional warfare. This is because it attempts to influence the mind of the enemy rather than destroy its military. The press is one of the most commonly used weapons for spreading propaganda.

EXHIBIT 6 MIND CONTROL BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION ARTICLE Dr Ross Adey Mind control Dr Ross Adey, formerly of the Brain Research Center at the University of Southern California, and now at the Loma Linda University Medical School, California, worked on the CIA's infamous Pandoraproject. His research involved inducing of specific behaviour modifications by electromagnetic means, as well as inducing calcium efflux events to interfere with brain functionthe so-called "confusion weaponry". (More recently, Dr Adey has been warning against the biological hazards of EM emissions from mobile phones.)

Dr Adey's research at the Brain Research Center has shown the existence of a biological reaction to EM radiation. This reaction was found to be dependent on the frequency, amplitude and dose of the microwave radiation used.

In the 1980s Dr Adey performed some crucial experiments using microwave carrier-waves modulated with ELF waves to modify brain tissue responses. He carried out experiments with cat brain tissue, showing that the binding of calcium ions to neuronal sites was affected by weak EM fields. These fields were of a frequency and amplitude similar to fields produced in mammalian bodies and detected on electroencephalographs (EEGs).

Dr Adey demonstrated how a 147-megahertz (MHz) field, which at tissue level had an intensity of 0.8 milliwatts per square centimetre, caused an efflux or release of calcium ions from the irradiated brain tissue. This response only occurred when the ELF modulation of the microwave carrier-wave had an amplitude modulated at 6-20 hertz (Hz). The maximum stimulation of the neurones took place at 16 Hz, but to either side of this frequency-range parameter there was no effect.8 [1996 Nexus] REMOTE VIEWING: THE STORY OF THE REAL X FILES By Turan Rifat Secondly, the police have been granted the exclusive use of the 450 MHz microwave frequency range. This is exactly the frequency used by Dr Ross Adey, the CIA mind control expert, in his experiments on behavioural modification. It seems the police have the exclusive use of this mind control frequency and a vast array of antennae to broadcast this frequency all over the country.

Very useful for mass mind control in times of emergency. Adey found that by using 0.75mW/cm2 intensity of pulse modulated microwave at a frequency of 450 MHz, it was discovered that an ELF modulation could be used to control all aspects of human behaviour. The Sussex police headquarters is connected to CCTV, closed circuit television cameras throughout the town. Some of these cameras have microwave telemetry devices that could easily be used to broadcast this frequency. The large antennae that bracket the town could also be used. MICROWAVE MIND CONTROL by Tim Rifat By use of my microwave detector, I have found that mobile phones of the newer type, give off a pulse modulated microwave signal of around 0.75mW/cm2 at the earpiece. This may be coincidence, but it is exactly the intensity required for behavioural control as found by Dr Ross Adey, the pioneer of microwave mind control. So in theory, an ELF signal could be added to the microwave network to feed a precise behavioural pattern into every mobile phone user in the UK. If their were widespread riots, the ability to broadcast behavioural stimuli to mollify all the mobile phone users in the country would prove useful. Since mobile phone users are generally middle class, it means authority has a useful method of controlling the behaviour of the key voters. Microwave carrier beams are perfect for transmitting the excitation potential of docility to the phone user to keep them servile in times of trouble. When no ELF signal is broadcast the phone acts in a completely different manner on behaviour in humans. In this case the microwave phones causes the neurones to release calcium ions which makes the user tired irritable and when stresses likely to emotional outbursts such as road rage. Use of the TETRA system by the police will lead to psychotronicaly controlled officers who may be totally controlled in any situation and are very useful for states of economic or social chaos where extreme and violent behaviour is needed without any conscious or moral compunction - socalled police robots. Although interested in radio and the development of radar from an early age, he qualified in medicine in Australia during the war and then came to Oxford to study brain physiology. He was appointed as a professor at University of California in 1954 and in 1961 joined their newly formed Brain Research Institute. In 1965 he was appointed as Director of the new Space Biology Laboratory. The projects his teams worked on were related to brain activity of service personnel, including the effects of pulsed ELF and microwave radiation, and were funded by NASA, ARPA, NSF, USAF and USN. Since then he has remained at the forefront of research into these matters. He commented recently "I would be very concerned about a four-watt Tetra hand-held radio against my head day after day".

So what is the cause of this concern? Back in the mid-1960s Adey and colleagues revolutionised our understanding of the way brains cell operate. During the next 20 years many papers were published showing that ELF electromagnetic fields affected the way calcium ions move in brain tissue and the way this affects the inner working of the cells. Living cells are enclosed by a strong protective membrane (skin) and communicate with the outside world through electrically charged protein strands that stick out from their surface. These carry signals into the cell interior where they regulate growth, development and cell division. By 1976 low level electromagnetic field effects had been shown to occur across the ELF range, peaking between about 12 and 20 Hz. The effects were seen most clearly with the ELF signals amplitude modulated on to microwaves, such as those that TETRA handsets use. The microwaves penetrate brain tissue and effectively 'carry' the ELF pulsing deep into the brain. There is also considerable evidence that low levels of pulsed microwaves can cause the blood-brain barrier to allow toxins to reach the brain.
