The Florida Holocaust Museum Announces New Board Members The FHM adds prominent community leaders to Board of Directors July 13, 2016 [St. Petersburg, FL] - The Florida Holocaust Museum (The FHM) elects five new members to the Museum's Board of Directors. The new Board Members are Joshua Bomstein, Ethan Chernin, Tammy Li, Leslie Rubin, and Jonathan Stein.

The FHM's mission is to honor the memory of millions of men, women and children who suffered or died in the Holocaust and to teach members of all races and cultures the inherent worth and dignity of human life in order to prevent future genocides.

Joshua Bomstein is President of Creative Contractors Inc., a leading commercial contractor headquartered in Clearwater and building throughout West Central Florida. He has been recognized as one of the "40 Under 40" by the Gulf Coast Business Review and is active in the Tampa Bay community. Bomstein has an extensive civic background currently sits on the Board of four Pinellas County organizations and the Committees' of two additional. He has been a featured speaker at green building professional forums statewide and regionally, and he has served in various leadership capacities for the U.S. Green Building Council Florida Gulf Coast Chapter and Florida/Caribbean Region. He was instrumental in earning LEED Platinum Certification for the Largo Community Center, one of the greenest and most efficient buildings in the state of Florida.

"Considering recent world events, honoring victims of the Holocaust and providing educational resources that affirm the dignity of human life to prevent future genocides has never been more important. I'm honored to join in helping The FHM achieve this vital mission," said Bomstein.

Ethan Chernin is the Chief Operating Officer for BayCare Physicians Partners in Clearwater and is responsible for executive leadership in developing, implementing, overseeing and operationalizing clinical integration strategies and vision for population health care management. He has an extensive healthcare background and was the recipient of the 2010 Kaplan's President Award for management excellence in Innovative and Exemplary Practices. Chernin's civic involvement includes past President of Best

Buddies International and the University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Junior Boards.

"The FHM is supported by a community devoted to create and grow important programs in order to promote tolerance. It's an honor to be part of such an important museum, committed to never being silent whenever and wherever human beings endure suffering and humiliation," said Chernin. "As a new member of the Board, I look forward to bringing passion, innovation and awareness to continue furthering this important cause."

Tammy Li is a proven consumer insights and marketing leader with extensive experience in senior level assignments. She spent 15 years leading consumer insight and marketing teams at large CPG companies including Kraft, ConAgra and Pepsi. In her corporate roles, she managed projects and led teams within business divisions, global marketing, corporate innovation, best practices, and ethnic markets, as well as grassroots marketing, licensed partnerships and customer marketing. She is equally skilled at crafting brand strategy and plans, managing research projects, collaborating with cross functional teams, coaching research and marketing teams, and influencing senior leaders. As a consultant with her own practice for the past 10 years, Li works with clients across a wide range of industries, including small food companies, food service leaders, health and beauty, construction, and not-for-profit. Li's civic involvement includes volunteer roles with organizations such as Girl Scouts of West Central Florida and FORCE: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered.

"I'm thrilled to be a part of this organization that educates so many about the atrocities of the past to ensure a better future for all," said Li. "I am excited to use my skills and background in marketing strategy to benefit The FHM however I can. And most importantly, I welcome this opportunity to give back to the community in a way that will benefit so many, including myself and my children, and future generations."

Leslie Rubin is the principal of RRE Realty Services, majority member in Majorland LLC, which he co-founded in 1993, and is CEO of both Rubin Development Company LLC and Leslie A Rubin Limited, both of which he founded in 1974. He continues to play a vital role in each of these companies. Over the course of his 35-year career in commercial real estate, he has been involved in the acquisition of land, planning, development, construction, leasing and management of over seven million square feet of office, industrial, residential and hospitality properties. Rubin is an active member of the business community and has sat on the Board for the Abilities Foundation, Inc., Florida Chamber of Commerce, and All Children's Hospital, and was a founding Board Member for the Pinellas County Education Foundation.

"I am excited to be a part of such a wonderful and dynamic organization," said Rubin.

Jonathan Stein is a Managing Attorney for Raymond James Financial, Inc. in St. Petersburg. He acts as general counsel to the Fixed Income department and advises senior management on legal changes and regulatory requirements. He has an extensive background in law. Stein serves as the Board President for World of Westchase, Inc. and has assisted them in raising donations from profits of small businesses.

"I am honored to be invited to join the Board of The FHM and look forward to working with Board Members and The FHM's talented staff to further the Museum's mission," said Stein. "In these difficult times it is particularly important that The FHM continues its good

work promoting increased understanding and tolerance to counter the forces of hatred and intolerance."
