What is the typical transfer time to an event or activity?

ANothing says "come to LA" like an outdoor event with awe-inspiring west coast views. Los Angeles, with its yearround, near-perfect weather, has a wide array of unique event venues that can offer meeting planners a breath of fresh air...literally.

Depending where guests are staying to which venue or activity is selected, most transfer times hover between 15 minutes and 45 minutes.

Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Petersen Automotive Museum

Spend the afternoon at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, the largest museum in the United States devoted to the arts, sciences, and artists of moviemaking. The museum features seven floors of exhibition space, so there is sure to be a genre for everyone.

The Petersen Automotive Museum is an automobile museum located on Wilshire Boulevard along Museum Row in the Miracle Mile neighborhood of Los Angeles. One of the world's largest collections, the Petersen Automotive Museum is a nonprofit organization specializing in automobile history and related educational programs.

The Broad Museum

Paying tribute to our collective musical heritage, the Grammy Museum values and celebrates the dynamic connection in people’s diverse backgrounds, telling the stories that inspire us, and creative expression that music creates.

The Broad is a contemporary art museum on Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. The museum is named for philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad, who financed the $140 million building that houses the Broad art collections. It offers free general admission to its permanent collection galleries.

Dodger Stadium is a baseball stadium in the Elysian Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It is the ballpark for Major League Baseball’s Los Angeles Dodgers. Opened in 1962, it was constructed in less than three years, SoFi Stadium, home to the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, is nestled in the heart of the sports and entertainment capital of the world. Here you can experience what it’s like to be a LA fan, game viewer, broadcaster, player and more, on and off the field. Tours feature a behind-the-scenes experience of SoFi Stadium's most exclusive spaces including premium suites, team locker rooms, the player tunnel and more.

BMO Stadium, formerly Banc of California Stadium, is a soccer-specific stadium in the Exposition Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It is the home of Major League Soccer's Los Angeles FC and the National Women's Soccer League's Angel City FC.

Local Youth Initiative for Global Warming

Global warming and the environment have been “hot” topics for several years. With a little help from each of us, we can make a change! The most important population to “drive” this home is our youth.

Ready, Set, GO GREEN!

This race showcases the importance of recycling, alternative energy, and green transportation. The goal of the event is to make a worthy donation to a local school or afterschool program. Although there will be a “winner” of the teambuilding activity based on performance during the program, the real winners are the school children who receive the solar cars built by your teams, along with brand new solar car kits they can assemble themselves. The solar cars made during the event, along with brand new solar car kits will be donated to a local school.
