ALAJ ENCLAVE

A MIXED USE HOUSING

Alaj enclave is a mixed-use housing development in Beedinagudde, Udupi, Karnataka . It is a 5-acre property equipped with a supermarket, a restaurant, and luxury accommodations. The proposal is based on the concept human-nature relationship, with the built environment blending in with the natural environment. The building is a tiered structure, with a touch of brutalist design, with each tier providing a vast usable space for the roof garden.

Location: Udupi Site area: 5 Acres

The project consists of 2 blocks with 19 floors in block A and 14 floors in block B. There are commercial facilities on the ground floor which includes a retail store, supermarket and a restaurant.

There are service apartments on the first floor. Further is the residential floor which includes studio apartments, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK and penthouse.

RATHI A MENTAL HEALTH AND A WELLNESS CENTER

It is a wellness center on a 2.5-acre plot of land in Mangalore. The facility provides residential services for inpatients as well as outpatient treatments. Enhancing the user experience and mental well-being by emphasizing transitional green spaces and green pockets throughout the building.

Maximum ventilation, natural daylighting, pleasant views, and employing nature to emotionally revitalize individuals are important aspects.

INSIGHT A RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

Insight research and development center on a 2-acre property is in Karnataka's Hassan District. It is a research and development facility that allows for the study and exploration of alternative building materials. It organizes hands-on workshops, seminars, and conferences for students from all around the country.

It has several labs for research purposes.
