The shops at Monte plaza are ideal for all kinds of retail outlets including restaurants, supermarkets, car showrooms, gym, apparel stores, medical and general stores & more
LOCATION: Malvita road, lal bahadur shastriRd, asha nagar, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080.
SWOT:
Strength:
Its shape helps in having corridor which runs through and helps in having a better display view
New clients tend to visit while exploring the nearby showrooms due to the site being available directly on the main road there is direct approach to the site
Weakness:
due to the site being in the mall it has quite a good competition while the sales are going on less natural light and ventilation
Opportunities: Manipal come for multiple reasons because of restaurants, super markets, cars sh0wrooms, gyms, appeal store and all being located nearby :
Threats: Might have fire or emergency explosion's due to lot of difficult shops placed there.

LOCATION: near marena , opposite to Manipal parking service SPACE: Hospital (new speciality hospital)

It has more of natural vegetation. Located near by to all specialty hospital of kmc and it is in center of Manipal
lot of Noise pollution has to be blocked with noise deduction materials
Building behind the site is blocking the natural ventilation and sunlight, due to which artificial ventillaion and sunlight might be necessary
Opportunities: :
Due to direct road exposure it has more of natural ventilation from 3 sides of the site natural light can be created through door ways.
It has 2 ways, for entry and exit which helps in no traffic jam

Threats: If fire accident takes place it might be exposed to the road.

STRENGTHS: it is close by for all emergency purposes and safe and secured as it is a community
WEAKNESS: It’s a place where the temperature is hot through out the year almost.
OPURTUNITITES: unstable weather (heavy rain, cyclones, hot winds)
THREATS: Better to get interiors according to the temperature and surroundings over there for better. WIND DIRECTION: generally, wind blows from East to North sector with speed 1 to 5 m/s The maximum (15%) days it blows from Easterly direction.
