2 STP’s are responsible for filtering the water before and after. The first one, located above the canal, is responsible for filtering while the second, housed in the repurposed building, is responsible for treating waste water from the dying process.

Double- paned gypsum board as well as a natural tree barrier help minimise noise related disturbances.

Prevent surrounding damage
Three cores suspend the frame, while multiple struts in constant tenstion transfer the vibrations into the ground

Heavy machinery and water related funtions are close to the core, while the upper frame strcutre act like a skin.
