Though Dutch Transport Minister Wilma Mansveld relaxed Dutch taxi legislation to make it easier for new services to enter into the market, but not for the UberPop service, as Mansveld said that cars for UberPop service doesn‟t meet all the criteria for taxis under Dutch law. China – Chinese government banned private cars‟ drivers from offering services through apps. Police raided Uber offices in southern city of Guangzhou, and found thousands of iPhones and other equipment used to run the Uber business. Also city‟s transport commission said that Uber was operating an illegal taxi services without a proper business registration. India – A top government official has said to ban Uber service as one of its driver was accused of rape in New Delhi. Also the New Delhi police say if Uber is misrepresented the safety of its service then there will be the possibility of criminal charges against Uber.
