CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT

OUT BID NOTIFICATION SETTING REMINDER
All bidders please remember to activate your email and text notifications to receive out-bid notifications for lots that you are bidding on. To turn on notifications go to the top right corner of the screen go to My Account, click on Notifications, confirm you have check marks beside your EMAIL & PHONE notifications and then click save.
CLOSING
At closing time of the sale the entire sale will extend bidding if a bid is placed on any lot in the sale. Any bid received after close time will extend the sale by the time listed on each sale. When no bidding occurs for the extended time the computer will declare the sale finished.
INVOICING
Following the sale the RSK Farms will invoice all buyers in the sale, please contact the seller with questions or to arrange delivery, pick up or shipping of your purchases.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT:
Payment must be made following the sale by all buyers in attendance of the sale. An invoice will be mailed to all online purchasers following the sale. No animal shall leave the consignors until payment has been received. Any animal remaining at either ranch because of payment still owing after 30 days will be charged a fee of $5.00/day.
INSURANCE:
Each animal becomes the buyer’s risk immediately after the animal is sold. All purchases must be insured with your chosen representative.

GUARANTEE:
All animals are sound and right, and all with a responsible breeder guarantee of satisfaction. All animals are guaranteed by the seller to be DLF, IEF, HYF, MSUDF, MDF, DBF
All animals are sold under the terms and guarantees set forth by the CHA. Examinations shall have been conducted prior to sale on all serviced females.
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION:
Each animal is registered through the CHA. Each animal’s registration will be supplied to the purchaser after payment has been made.
DELIVERY:
The consignors will help each purchaser with arranging delivery on their purchase as soon as possible after the sale.
EXCHANGE RATE:
The US/Canadian Exchange Rate will be announced at sale time.
FLUSH RIGHTS:
The RSK reserves the right to flush any female on offer. This will be at the buyers’ convenience and the sellers’ expense.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer or seller will take precedence over the printed matter within this catalogue.
LIABILITY:

Welcome to the 13th Annual RSK RAF Elite Genetics Online Production Sale. This year will see a new look as the sale is hosted on farmgatetimedauctions.ca on DLMS.
This year calf crop is truly one of my favourites, packed with the consistency and marketability of Command and Balance daughters. Two amazing Nellie 20E daughters lead off the heifer calf offering, sired by Oshoto 316 and Balance 207H. Both are flat out awesome. The bred heifers are carrying service to exciting new sires NJW 73S D287 Daybreak 163K ET and Lowen Sandhills L70 ET!
The first Exclusive Semen Offering will highlight the frozen genetic section of this years sale. This will be one of the only times to get semen on the $52500.00 Commitment son that we purchased out of the NWSS Hereford Sale. Exclusive was the anchor of the 2025 NWSS Champion Hereford Carload in Denver and undoubtable the most talked about bull that day in the show. He has impressed us in every way and serviced many of our top females.
As always we will offer a select set of frozen embryos by our most sought after donors, with full sibling live lots leading off the sale. The consistency and merit of each the females offered represent the value in the great genetics we strive to produce year after year.
2024 and 2025 have been very excited for Jess and I. We were able to attend many of the fall shows in 2024 with great success. We were honored to judge the AG Ex Hereford Show and Supreme show, the inaugural Farm Fair Junior Supreme and the inaugural Bonanza Supreme this summer. In June we travelled to Denmark to judge the National Highland Show and National All Breeds Junior Show. Tremendous cattle and breeders all around the world.
To all the juniors that are thinking of attending the Junior Nationals next year in Quebec, please remember we provide amazing junior incentives for you and that we are also a part of the CJHA Heifer Lottery Program. We would be thrilled to help you in any way.
