Towneventsare coming back strong in 2021

The Town of Estes Park, like most towns across the country, was forced to cancelor redesignall of their summerand fallevents in 2020. TheCoronavirus pandemic made it impossible for thetownto hold these incredibleevents in asafeway,but everyone is veryoptimist that in 2021, hopesprings eternal.
Starting with the annual tree lighting ceremony on Nov. 21, the Town andthe Events Center hope to get back to holdingall of their annual events, even though they might look alittle different though the winter.
WinterFestival is scheduledfor Jan. 16-17, 2021, followed by the Wine and ChocolateFestival on Feb. 6, andthe Whiskey Warm Up in March. By the time tourist season is in full swing,event coordinators arehoping theCOVID-19 landscape will look much safer.
Bigfoot Days is lookingto start the seasonoff on the right foot this coming spring, as well as the Jazz Fest which is scheduledfor June 5-6withthe Delfeayo Marsalis Quartetasthe headlining act.
Knownfor his“technical excellence,inventivemind and frequenttouches of humor,” saidLeonard Feather of theLos Angeles Times.
The Estes ParkWool Marketisreadytocelebrate its 30thanniversarywith workshopsonJune10-11and the marketonJune 12-13. Despitea lack of display in 2020, theEstes Park fireworks display looks to be backinits full, explosive glory in 2021.
Atownand visitor favorite, the RooftopRodeo has been scheduledtotake placethe weekofJuly5-10with ticketsgoing on sale April1,no foolin’!
The2020 ElkFestwas held virtually butaims to be back to amoretraditional format thiscoming fall.
