Welcome to Camp Curiousity!
The information in this handbook is to help parents and campers prepare for their first day. Read on to learn more about drop off & pick up information, daily schedules, and other important details.
Our Vision
Our vision is to offer a diverse program with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and educational enrichment. Campers will explore a variety of handson activities while learning new skills and having fun. We are excited to bring this vision to life and look forward to a successful March Break Camp!
Camp Rules
STAY SAFE BE KIND, STAY CURIOUS HAVE FUN!
Be a good listener and follow instructions; paying attention to the instructors and leaders is very important. Follow the group plan; stay together during activities. Take care of yourself; stay hydrated, take breaks, and eat well to keep yourself healthy.
Include everyone; nobody gets left out.
Respect each other and personal space; keep hands to yourself. Always be open to learning new things and ask questions; there is no judgment.
Explore your surroundings with care and kindness.
Leave a space the way you find it.
A positive attitude helps create a positive atmosphere for everyone. Support each other; we cheer each other on, and celebrate everyone’s success.
Join in all the activities; trying new things helps us build resilience by discovering new skills and overcoming challenges.
What to Bring
Water Bottle
Nut-Free lunch and two snacks, if you’re not in the food program
Change of clothes; it can stay here for the week
Indoor shoes
Weather appropriate outdoor clothing, including outdoor boots for playing outside or for taking short trail walks.
On Monday...
Please park and walk your child(ren) into the facility; Daryl will be in the front office to greet you.
At check-in we will confirm:
Full name of parent/guardian and phone numbers
If additional parent/guardians will be picking up the camper(s) during the week, and add them to the list Allergies, dietary restrictions, emergency contact information
Photo consent
Any other questions you have or information you want to share with us
